EcoFlow New Year Sale Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period
The EcoFlow New Year promotion starts at 12:00 am (PST) on January 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on January 19, 2025(Promotional Period).Corresponding times in other U.S. time zones for the period from January 9, 2025, to January 19, 2025, are as follows: Eastern Time (ET) from 3:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 2:59 AM on January 20, 2025; Central Time (CT) from 2:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 1:59 AM on January 20, 2025; Mountain Time (MT) from 1:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 12:59 AM on January 20, 2025; Alaska Time (AKT) from 12:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 10:59 PM on January 18, 2025; and Hawaii-Aleutian Time (HST) from 10:00 PM on January 8, 2025, to 9:59 PM on January 18, 2025. Daylight Saving Time adjustments are not considered in these times.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to U.S. residents with a shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years of age or older as of January 9, 2025(“Participants”).

1. Discounts
During the Promotional Period, customers with order values ranging from $2,000 to $4,999 will receive a 5% discount; those with orders of $5,000 or more will receive a 7% discount.

a. Each order is eligible for a one-time additional discount.

b. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

c. Flash sale items, recommended accessories, gift cards and power kit series are not eligible for the discount.

d. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (subtotal). If the item price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

e. Additional discounts during the EcoFlow New Year Sale are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash.

f. Additional discounts are only available on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com) platform stores.

g. Eligible orders will automatically apply the additional discount at checkout on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

h. According to EcoFlow’s return policy (us.ecoflow.com), orders placed during EcoFlow's New Year's Sale are eligible for a refund based on the actual payment amount.

2. Limited-Time Flash Sales
EcoFlow will release Flash sale items on January 12 and January 16, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM PST on the New Year Sale page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/new-year-sale-2025).

a. Flash sale items will be available for 24 hours or while supplies last. If items are not sold out within 24 hours of the sale starting, the sale will end, and price protection will not be offered.

b. Each person is limited to purchasing 2 items during the flash sale.If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

c. Flash sale items are not eligible for the 30-day price match guarantee.

3. Interest-Free Installments
From Promotional Period, orders placed on the official website (us.ecoflow.com) are eligible for 6-month interest-free installment plans.

a. Affirm provides the interest-free installment plan, which must be completed through Affirm’s payment system.

b. The eligibility for this service depends on Affirm’s credit assessment and is subject to Affirm’s terms and conditions (affirm.com/licenses).

4. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
Orders placed on EcoFlow's official website (us.ecoflow.com) from Promotional Period, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

a. If a lower price is found on the website (excluding Flash sale items) within 30 days of purchase, customers may contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

b. When conducting price matching, we will take into account the value of any gifts and promotional items included in the original purchase, as well as the discount value obtained through the referral program. These values will be deducted from the price matching calculation. If the value of the free gifts or referral program discounts exceeds the price difference, then the purchase does not qualify for price matching.

c. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com. It does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, referral program, discounts, flash sales, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

5. Coupon Use Conditions

a. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash sale items, recommended accessories, gift cards and power kit series.

b. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout. Coupons can only be used during the New Year Promotional Period.

6. Membership Benefits
From Promotional Period, customers who purchase products from the "Web Exclusive" section of the New Year Sale page on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com)will earn double membership points. Purchases of other products do not qualify for this benefit.

a. After the order is completed and signed for, additional membership points will be automatically awarded to the customer's account.

b. Membership points can be used for discounts on future purchases on the official website. Every 20 membership points equal a $1 discount on payment; a minimum of 100 points must be used, and a maximum of 5% of the product price may be redeemed.

c. Membership points cannot be combined with discounts.

d. Flash sale items and related accessories are not eligible for this promotion.

7. Referral Program

a. From Promotional Period, in case of a sucessful referral of a new user to successfully place an order on the official website us.ecoflow.com with the first order amount of not less than US$299, the referrer will receive a 5% cash back. This cash rebate is capped at $500 per order

b. Those who are invited and successfully place an order on the official website us.ecoflow.com will receive a 5% off coupon, which cannot be combined with any discount code on the promotion page.

c. This offer cannot be stacked with the discount code on the event page.

d. The Referral Program is subject to the terms and conditions of EcoFlow’s Referral Program (https://www.ecoflow.com/us/referral).

8. General Terms

a. If you encounter any issues during the promotional period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

b. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

c. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

d. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

e. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's Terms of Use and Return and Refund policy(https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-return-policy)

f. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

g. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

h. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

i. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

j. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

k. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
