Promotional Period
The EcoFlow New Year promotion starts at 12:00 AM (PST) on January 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on January 8, 2025 (Promotional Period). Corresponding times in other U.S. time zones are as follows: Eastern Time (ET) from 3:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 2:59 AM on January 9, 2025; Central Time (CT) from 2:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 1:59 AM on January 9, 2025; Mountain Time (MT) from 1:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 12:59 AM on January 9, 2025; Alaska Time (AKT) from 12:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 10:59 PM on January 8, 2025; and Hawaii-Aleutian Time (HST) from 10:00 PM on December 31, 2024, to 9:59 PM on January 8, 2025. Daylight Saving Time adjustments are not considered in these times.

Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of January 1, 2025 (here in after referred to as "Participants"). This promotion is exclusively available on Ecoflow's US official website us.ecoflow.com.

1. Free Gift Offer

- During the EcoFlow New Year Sale Promotional Period, Order with a value between 2,000-3,499 USD, can enjoy a free 100W Portable Solar Panel(valued at $199); Order with a value equal to or greater than 3,500 US dollars, enjoy a free 160W Portable Solar Panel(valued at $449).

- Each order is eligible for one free gift only. Flash sale items are not eligible for this offer.

- Free gifts given during the EcoFlow New Year Sale promotion are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

- The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

- Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

- If the main product is returned for a refund, the gift must also be returned, or the customer will be charged the value of gift.The refunded amount will be based on the actual payment made for the order during the EcoFlow New Year Sale period.

2. Limited-Time Flash Sale

- EcoFlow on January 3rd, January 6, 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM, in the New Year Sale promotion page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/new-year-sale-2025) to release goods kill.

- Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

- Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale.If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

- Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

3. Interest-Free Installments

- Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between January 1, 2025 to January 8, 2025, are eligible for six-month interest-free installment payments.

- This service is provided by Affirm, and payments must be made via Affirm to qualify. Eligibility is subject to Affirm’s credit assessment. For further details, please refer to Affirm’s terms at affirm.com/licenses.

4. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

- Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between Promotional Period, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

- If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding Flash sale items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

- When conducting price matching, we will take into account the value of any gifts and promotional items included in the original purchase, as well as the discount value obtained through the referral program. These values will be deducted from the price matching calculation. If the value of the free gifts or referral program discounts exceeds the price difference, then the purchase does not qualify for price matching.

- This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com. It does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

5. Coupon Terms

- Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash sale items, recommended accessories, gift cards and power kit series.

- Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout. Coupons can only be used during the New Year Promotional Period.

- Coupons are valid only for U.S. and Canadian customers.

6. Membership Benefits

- From Promotional Period, customers who purchase items from the "Web Exclusive" section of the New Year Sale page on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com) will earn double membership points.

- After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.- EcoCredits can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases on us.ecoflow.com. Every 20 EcoCredits can reduce the payment amount by $1, with a minimum of 100 EcoCredits required for redemption. The maximum redemption amount is 5% of the product's price.

- Flash sale items and recommended accessories are excluded from this promotion.

7. Check-in Campaign

Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of December 4, 2024 (here in after referred to as "Participants").

Campaign Details:
The Check-in Campaign will be launched during the Promotional Period. Participants can log in to the EcoCredits page and complete daily check-ins to earn EcoCredits.

Points Rewards:

Daily Check-in Reward: Participants will receive 100 EcoCredits for each successful check-in.

Consecutive Check-in Bonus: Participants who complete 5 consecutive check-ins will receive an additional 500 EcoCredits.

Maximum Points Limit: A maximum of 1,300 EcoCredits may be earned during the campaign period (January 1–8).

Eligibility for Additional Check-in Opportunities:
Participants who miss a scheduled check-in may redeem 100 points by selecting the “Make up for Check-in” option to receive one additional check-in opportunity.

Limitations on Additional Check-in Opportunities:

Each participant is eligible for only one make-up check-in opportunity within any 24-hour period.

During the promotional period from January 1 through January 8, participants may redeem a maximum of two additional check-in opportunities.

EcoCredits Validity:
EcoCredits earned through check-ins will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

EcoCredits Redemption:
EcoCredits may be redeemed for discount coupons. For full details regarding redemption rules, please refer to the terms & conditions available on the EcoCredits page.

8. Referral Program

- From January 1, 2025 to January 8, 2025, in case of a sucessful ireferral of a new user to successfully place an order on the official website us.ecoflow.com with the first order amount of not less than US$299, the referrer will receive a 5% off coupon. This cash rebate is capped at $500 per order.
- Those who are invited and successfully place an order on theofficial website us.ecoflow.com will receive a 5% off coupondiscount, which cannot be combined with any discouunt code on the promotion page.
- This offer cannot be stacked with the discount code on the event page.

- This program follows the terms outlined in the EcoFlow Referral Program
9. General Terms

- Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

- Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

- During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's Terms of Use and Return and Refund policy(https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-return-policy.)

- This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

- Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.- All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

- EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

- EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

- Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
