1. Promotional Period
The Ecoflow Winter Storm Sale (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on January 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 28, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of January 16, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity.
Employees of Ecoflow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.
3. Free Gift Offer
A. During the Promotion Period, place a single order over $2,500 USD to receive free 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panels (value $399 USD) while supplies last. The corresponding gift will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying order.
B. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.
i. Only one promotional gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer or promotion.
ii. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.
iii. G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Subscription Spin-to-Win Activity Terms
A. Eligibility
This Subscription Spin-to-Win Activity is open to users who have completed the official designated subscription of EcoFlow (e.g., official email list, member subscription service) and hold a valid account on us.ecoflow.com. Users must maintain a valid subscription status; cancellation of the subscription will result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the activity and claim prizes.
B. Participation Method
i. Participation Requirement: After users complete the designated subscription process and pass system verification, they will receive one free spin of the prize wheel. Whether additional spins can be obtained through other methods during the activity period shall be subject to the real-time prompts on the activity page.
ii. Operation Rules: Each individual, valid account, and subscribed email may only participate in one basic spin (additional spins excluded). Only the first prize won will be counted. Participation via multiple accounts or email addresses will result in disqualification. Once a spin is initiated, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn, and the system will display the winning result in real time.
C. Prize Pool Settings
The quantity and details of prizes in the activity prize pool are as follows. All prizes are randomly selected, and the winning probability is dynamically adjusted based on prize inventory and the number of participants. D. Activity Rules
i. Prize Distribution:
Physical Prizes (TRAIL 200 DC, 220W Solar Panel): After winning, the users will receive a coupon code in their email. Users must redeem the prize by placing an order at the price of $0 using the coupon within its validity period—the coupon expires on February 28, 2026. Otherwise, it will be deemed invalid. Please ensure that the delivery address, contact information, and other account details are complete and accurate to ensure smooth delivery.
Gift Cards: After winning, the users will receive a Gift Card code in their email—the Gift Card expires on January 16, 2027. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and no change will be given.
Discount Coupons: After winning, the users will receive a coupon code in their email. The coupon expires on February 28, 2026. The validity period and applicable scope are subject to the instructions on the coupon. Unused coupons will expire automatically after the validity period.
ii. Eligibility Verification: The system will conduct real-time verification of the participant's subscription status. If a user is found to have violated the rules, such as canceling the subscription, fake subscription, or malicious registration, their winning eligibility will be revoked, and the prizes already issued will be recovered.
iii. Prize Restrictions: All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No installation service is provided for physical prizes, and after-sales service follows EcoFlow's official standards. Gift cards and coupons may not be used in combination on a single order and are not applicable to Flash Sale items, Recommended accessories, Member-only products, App-only items, Power Kits, the DELTA Pro Ultra X Series, Smart Home Panel 3, Smart Gateway, the DELTA Pro Series, the RAPID Series, the DELTA 2 Max Series, Turnkey Installation Service, or other excluded products, as determined by EcoFlow.
iv. Prize Substitution: If the inventory of physical prizes in the prize pool is insufficient, EcoFlow reserves the right to replace them with products of equal or higher value without prior notice. If gift cards or discount coupons cannot be issued due to system reasons, equivalent prizes will be provided as a substitute.
v. Result Explanation: Each spin result is randomly generated by the system and cannot be modified once confirmed. If a spin fails due to technical issues such as network delay or equipment failure, users can try again after the issue is resolved, and no additional participation opportunities will be deducted.
vi. Final Terms: To the extent permitted by law, EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this activity and holds the final interpretation right of the activity rules. Participation in this activity indicates that the user agrees to abide by these terms and other activity-related regulations issued by EcoFlow officially.
5. Prize & Quiz
A. Eligibility of Participants: This Prize & Quiz activity is open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older as of January 16, 2026, who have a valid shipping address in the continental United States and are registered EcoFlow website ID users on www.ecoflow.com/us (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). Participation in the Quiz is limited to logged-in EcoFlow member accounts. During the campaign, each member may participate in one (1) quiz round.
B. This Prize & Quiz activity consists of ten (10) questions, and fifty (50) EcoCredits will be awarded for each correct answer.
C. No EcoCredits will be awarded for incorrect answers, and no EcoCredits will be deducted. Participants may review incorrect answers along with the correct ones; however, re-submission is not permitted.
D. If all ten (10) questions are not answered within a single quiz round, any unanswered questions cannot be answered at a later time. EcoCredits earned for correctly answered questions will still be credited.
E. Participants who correctly answer all ten (10) questions in a single quiz round will receive a total of five hundred (500) EcoCredits.
F. Each EcoFlow member ID may participate only once.

6. RAPID Series: Buy 3, Get the Cheapest Item Free
A. Promotion is valid from January 12 to January 31.
Offer applies to select products only. Customer must add three (3) eligible items to cart to qualify. The lowest-priced eligible item will be automatically discounted at checkout.
B. Returns & Refunds:
For orders placed under this promotion, all three (3) eligible items must be returned together to receive a full refund.

8. Limited-Time Flash Sale on Selected Products
A. A limited-time flash sale on selected products will run from 12:00 AM PST on January 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 28, 2026 (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).
B. Selected flash sale products are limited in quantity and available for the promotion period. Sales stop when the products are sold out. If selected products remain unsold after the promotion period, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.
C. Each participant can purchase up to two units of selected flash sale products during the promotion. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. 10. Fast & Free Shipping

B. Eligibility
This promotion applies to orders placed on us.ecoflow.com during the promotional period. Eligibility for expedited shipping is determined by the shipping address zip code, warehouse coverage, inventory availability, and logistics capacity. Orders that do not meet the eligibility criteria will follow standard shipping timelines.
C. Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)
For eligible orders, EcoFlow will offer a free expedited shipping upgrade for eligible orders, with the following estimated transit times:
-One-Day Delivery (Estimated): Southern California, Northern California, Northern Georgia, New Jersey, Maryland, Southern Texas, Eastern Texas, and Florida.

D. Free Shipping

11. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
A. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.
B. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.
C. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.
D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for the identical product on us.ecoflow.com.
E. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale, or any paid membership club offers.
12. Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
B. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.
C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals.
