How long do I have to return an item?

Returns terms for purchases from EcoFlow are located on the partner’s website. In general, returns can be made up to 30 days from the time you pick up your product at a Best Buy store.

If an alternative return policy applies to your return because of the product category, payment method or terms, you will be asked to show email confirmation of the applicable return policy. In cases where an extended partner return policy applies, Best Buy will honor that policy.

Where do I return my product?

If you purchased a product from https://us.ecoflow.com/ and you selected a Best Buy in-store pickup, it must be returned to a Best Buy store; any Best Buy store will accept your return. 

Please note that returns are not accepted directly to EcoFlow.

What should I do if I place an order and forget to pick it up at the store?

Should you fail to pick up your order in-store within 5 days of placement, we will regrettably need to cancel the order, and your payment will be fully refunded to your account.

What if I place an order and then don't want the item anymore?

If you find that you no longer require the item, we kindly ask that you reach out to EcoFlow Customer Care at 1-800-368-8604 or via email at support@ecoflow.com to request the cancellation of your order. Please be advised that cancellations can only be processed for the entire order.

Am I able to return one of the products in my order?

Yes, you may. If you have purchased two products, A and B, in a single order, and choose to return product B, we will gladly process a refund for product B.
