Promotional Period
This EcoFlow promotion starts at 12:00 AM (PST) on January 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on February 5, 2025 (Promotional Period). Corresponding times in other U.S. time zones are as follows: Eastern Time (ET) from 3:00 AM on January 23, 2025, to 2:59 AM on February 5, 2025; Central Time (CT) from 2:00 AM on January 23, 2025, to 1:59 AM on February 5, 2025; Mountain Time (MT) from 1:00 AM on January 23, 2025, to 12:59 AM on February 5, 2025; Alaska Time (AKT) from 12:00 AM on January 23, 2025, to 10:59 PM on February 4, 2025; and Hawaii-Aleutian Time (HST) from 10:00 PM on January 22, 2025, to 9:59 PM on February 4, 2025. Daylight Saving Time adjustments are not considered in these times.

Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of January 23, 2025 (here in after referred to as "Participants"). This promotion is exclusively available on Ecoflow's US official website us.ecoflow.com.

1. Accessories Discount

-During the Sale Promotional Period, customers who purchase accessories on the sale page will receive a 15% discount.

- The event is limited to the accessories on the landing page; other items are excluded from this event.-Accessoriesdiscounts cannot be stacked with the coupon code.

- The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

-EcoFlow's accessories discounts are available exclusively on the official EcoFlow website (us.ecoflow.com). Place your order, and the discounted price will automatically apply once conditions are met.

- According to EcoFlow's return policy (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-return-policy), orders placed during the Promotional Period will be refunded based on the actual payment amount.

1. Limited-Time Flash Sale

-EcoFlow will release flash sale items on January 25, January 30, and February 5, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, on the Home Backup Sale promotion page (us.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).

- Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales end when items are sold out or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. No 30-day price match guarantee applies to flash sale items.

- Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

1. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

- Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com during the Promotional Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

- If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

- When conducting price matching, we will consider the value of any gifts and promotional items included in the original purchase, as well as the discount value obtained through the referral program. These values will be deducted from the price-matching calculation. If the value of the free gifts or referral program discounts exceeds the price difference, then the purchase does not qualify for price matching.

- This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower-price products must be for an identical product on us.ecoflow.com. It does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, recommended accessory, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

1. Coupon Terms

- Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, 15% off accessories, recommended accessories, gift cards, and Power Kits Series.

- Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout. Coupons can only be used during the Promotional Period.

1. Membership Benefits

- During the Promotional Period, customers who purchase Home Backup Solution products (DELTA Pro Ultra + Smart Home Panel 2 + 2 × 400W Rigid Solar Panel + Free PowerInsight Home Energy Monitor, DELTA Pro + 2 × 220W Solar Panel + Free Bag, DELTA Pro 3 + 400W Solar Panel + Transfer Switch (306A), DELTA Pro Ultra + DELTA Pro Ultra Battery) on the Home Backup Sale promotion page(us.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale) will earn triple membership points.

- After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. If the products are returned, the corresponding EcoCredits will also be deducted from the account.

- EcoCredits can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases on us.ecoflow.com. Every 20 EcoCredits can reduce the payment amount by $1, with a minimum of 100 EcoCredits required for redemption. The maximum redemption amount is 5% of the product's price.

-Membership points cannot be combined with discounts.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

- Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

- During the promotion, all orders will be subject to EcoFlow's Terms of Use and Return and Refund policy (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-return-policy).

- This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.- Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.- EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

- EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.- Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
