Sales Tax Holiday

1. The tax-free policy is in accordance with the Florida Sales Tax Holiday.
2. Florida Sales Tax Holiday begins at 12:01 AM on Saturday, August 24, and ends at 11:59 PM, Friday, September 6 (EDT).

3. Sales tax will be automatically deducted at checkout on eligible items and orders. 

4. Only applicable to emergency generators under $3,000. Separately purchased extra battery and solar panel are not eligible under the policy.

5. This tax free policy is only valid for orders shipped to Florida.

6. Extra 12% Off

During the campaign from August 24-September 9 PDT, customers who place an order with a subtotal over $2,000 can apply for a 12% extra discount.

a. The order value referred to here is the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value also includes tax. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart is correct. The final subtotal value may not meet the gift threshold if a discount code is used.

b. The Extra Discount will not apply to DELTA Pro 3-related units, Flash Sale products, or Accessories selections on the Home Backup Sale.

c. Please note that the Flash Sale items and Gift Cards are not included in the calculation of the subtotal value for claiming a free gift with purchase.

d. This offer cannot combined with other discounts or coupon codes.

e. Each order is limited to one gift.

f. When placing an order on the official website and meeting the conditions, the extra discount will be automatically applied to eligible orders.

g. The free gifts offered during the campaign are only available on the EcoFlow official website.

h. The free gifts offered during the campaign are non-stackable, non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-discountable, and non-upgradeable.

i. When applying for a refund, orders placed during the promotion will be refunded based on the actual amount paid. The gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the refund can not be processed.
