Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Easter Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on April 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on April 14, 2025.

Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Apr 1, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

Free Gift Offer

A. During the Promotion Period, members who place orders over $500 will receive a free Power Hat ($129). Additionally, all orders over $3,000 will receive free 2 × 125W Bifacial Modular Solar Panels ($499).

B. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.

C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

D. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

E. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refer Your Friends

A. Members will receive 200 EcoCredits for every successful sign-up referral. You can refer up to 30 people. Click here to know more about referral.

B. When your referred friend makes a first purchase within 30 days, you'll get 6% of the order value in cash! Plus, the top referrer will also get a FREE EcoFlow DELTA 2!

C. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon which can be used on select EcoFlow products.

D. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

24-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale

A. EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM(PDT) to 11:59 PM(PDT) on Apr 4, 7, 10, 2025, on the EcoCredits Members' Festival campaign Sale promotion page ( https://www.ecoflow.com/us/easter-sale). B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

48-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale

A 48-hour flash sale will run from 12:00 AM (PDT) on April 13 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on April 14, 2025.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

A. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com During the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

B. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.C. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com. D. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

Coupon Terms

A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits and recommended accessories.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on www.ecoflow.us.com.

D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

E. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Membership Benefits

A. Multiple EcoCredits  During the Promotion Period, members who purchase from us.ecoflow.com will receive 3X EcoCredits, while Plus members will receive 3.5X EcoCredits. After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.

B. Refurbished Product Member Discount

i. Members receive an exclusive 5% discount code (MEM5OFF) for selected refurbished products. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount codes and valid for purchases made on EcoFlow’s official U.S. website (us.ecoflow.com).

ii. Refurbished products are limited in quantity, the selection of refurbished products may be adjusted based on stock availability.

C. Earn EcoCredits for Registration and Login & First/Repeat Purchases

i. Users who register and log in for the first time will receive 800 EcoCredits.

ii. Users who log in during the event period will receive 300 EcoCredits.

iii. Users making their first purchase during the event period will receive 500 EcoCredits.

vi. Users making a repeat purchase during the event period will receive 500 EcoCredits.

General Terms

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
