Promotional Period

The EcoFlow Prime Big Deal Days Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on Sep 22, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Oct 6 2025.
Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Sep 22, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

1. Limited-Time Flash Sale

a. EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM (PDT) on Sep 23 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Sep 24, 2025, from 12:00 AM (PDT) on Sep 26 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Sep 27, 2025, from 12:00 AM (PDT) on Sep 30 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Oct 1, 2025, and from 12:00 AM (PDT) on Oct 3 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Oct 4, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/prime-big-deal-days).
b. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available only during the above 48-hour periods.

c. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends automatically, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

d. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
2. Free Gift Offer

a. During the Promotion Period (Sep 22–Oct 6, PDT), customers will receive a free gift based on their order value:

i. For Ecoflow Members Only: spend $500 or more in a single order (calculated before tax) to receive an EcoFlow 45W Portable Solar Panel (valued at $99 USD).

ii. Spend $1,500 or more in a single order (calculated before tax) to receive an EcoFlow 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel (valued at $649 USD).

iii. Spend $3,000 or more in a single order (calculated before tax) to receive an EcoFlow 400W Portable Solar Panel (valued at $1,199 USD).

iv. This promotion does not apply to flash sale items, recommended accessories, Power Kits, gift cards, app-only products, New D3 Series (DELTA 3 Classic / DELTA 3 Max Series / DELTA 3 Ultra Series), member-priced items.

b. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.

i. Only one promotional gift is allowed per order, per customer, and per address during the Promotion Period. Cannot combine with low-tier gift.

ii. If you place more than one order with us during the Promotion Period, you will only receive the gift for your first order, unless otherwise stated.

iii. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.

c. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-upgradable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

d. Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the Ecoflow online store at us.ecoflow.com.

e. The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.

f. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

g. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

a. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between Sep 22 and Oct 6, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

b. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

c. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com.

d. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stoock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

e. For orders placed during the Free Gift Offer period (Sep 22–Oct 6, 2025), if participants request a price match, the value of the free gift(s) will be deducted from the price difference. The valuation and applicable rules of free gifts are set forth under Section 2. Free Gift Offer.

4. Coupon Terms

a. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding new arrivals, flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, gift card offers, Power Kits, DELTA Pro Series, and recommended accessories.

b. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

c. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

d. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

e. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

f. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

5. Membership Benefits

a. Earn EcoCredits for Registration

During the Promotion Period (Sep 22–Oct 6, PDT), customers who register for a new EcoFlow membership account through https://account.ecoflow.com/register return_to=https://us.ecoflow.com/ and successfully log in will receive 500 EcoCredits. This reward is limited to new members only and may be subject to verification.

b.Double EcoCredits

i. During the Promotion Period (Sep 22–Oct 6, PDT), members who purchase any of the following web-exclusive product bundles from us.ecoflow.com will receive 2X EcoCredits (only for web exclusive products)：

After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.

ii. The number of EcoCredits awarded will be calculated on the actual transaction amount paid by the member (i.e. the member price after applying for any discounts). However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

iii. Members may redeem their existing EcoCredits for up to 5% off the order total (EcoCredits redemption cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift). c. Limited-time Member Prices

i. Some products enjoy member prices from Sep 22–Oct 6, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/prime-big-deal-days). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.

ii. Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

iii. The products participating in the event cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift.

6. 30% Tax Credit

a. You could apply for the 26 USC 25D: Residential clean energy credit for qualified solar electric property costs. The Residential Clean Energy Credit equals 30% of the costs of new, qualified clean energy property for your home installed anytime from 2022 through 2032. The credit percentage rate phases down to 26 percent for property placed in service in 2033 and 22 percent for property placed in service in 2034.

b. Qualified expenses including: Solar electric panels and Battery storage technology (beginning in 2023). Battery storage technology must have a capacity of at least 3 kilowatt hours. Note: only valid for EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra, EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3, EcoFlow DELTA Pro, and EcoFlow Solar Panels. Accessories such as the Smart Home Panel 2 and Smart Generator are not eligible.

c. You may be able to take credit if you made energy saving improvements for your home located in the United States. The home doesn't have to be your main home. Existing homes and new constructions qualify. Solar power for batteries energy is a must. Rentals do not qualify. Must be grid-tied. No costs relating to a solar panel or other property installed as a roof (or portion thereof) will fail to qualify solely because the property constitutes a structural component of the structure on which it is installed. 7. Fast & Free Shipping
a. Order Deadline

i. Customers who place an order by 7:00 AM (PDT) are eligible for next-day delivery (within 1 business day) if the delivery address is located within the designated coverage regions listed below.
Delivery schedule (PDT):

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (any time), or on Monday before 7:00 AM (PDT), will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders placed from 7:01 AM (PDT) Monday up to 7:00 AM Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday.

Orders placed from 7:01 AM Tuesday up to 7:00 AM Wednesday will be delivered on Thursday.

Orders placed from 7:01 AM Wednesday up to 7:00 AM Thursday will be delivered on Friday.

Orders placed from 7:01 AM Thursday up to 7:00 AM Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

i. Next-day delivery is available only for eligible models shipped to addresses within the listed regions.

ii. Orders placed after 7:00 AM (PDT) are not eligible for next-day delivery and will follow standard processing and shipping timelines.

iii. Delivery service may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, carrier issues, or inventory availability.

iv. This service is not available in regions outside the coverage areas listed above.

8. Subscription Bonus

a. Subscription Bonus is open to users who subscribe to the Prime Big Deal Days Sale through https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/prime-big-deal-days between September 22 and October 6, 2025 (PDT).

b. On October 7, 2025, EcoFlow will randomly select Two (2) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank (5000mAh) (valued at $69.99 USD).Winners will be notified by email on October 7, 2025 (PDT).

c. Winners must respond within 7 working days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

d. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend or cancel the bonus at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Bulk Savings program

a. Bulk Savings discounts apply to selected products, including Portable Power Stations, Solar Panels, and Extra Batteries.

b. Discount tiers are as follows:

i. Purchase of 5–10 units: 7% OFF

ii. Purchase of 11–20 units: 9% OFF

iii. Purchase of 20 or more units: 10% OFF

d. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Bulk Savings program at any time without prior notice.

10. Refer Your Friends

a. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.

b. Referrers can get a 5% cash back on the referee's first purchase (through Referrers' referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.

c. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

d. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

e. If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the return policy.

f. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

g. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

11. General Terms

a. If you encounter any issues during the Promotion period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

b. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, the Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

c. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

d. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

e. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. 

This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

f. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

g. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

h. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

i. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

j. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

k. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

l. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

m. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

n. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
