Campaign Period

The EcoFlow Halloween Sale will commence on Oct 21st, 2024, at 12:00 AM PDT and conclude on Oct31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM PDT.

Eligibility of Participants

This campaign is open to all United States citizens who are at least 18 years old before Oct 21st, 2024("Participants").

Free Gift Benefit

1. During the EcoFlow Halloween Sale from Oct 21st to Oct 31st, customers who place an order with a subtotal value of between $2,000-$4,999 will receive a free EcoFlow Camping Light; orders with a subtotal value of over $5,000 will receive a free RIVER Portable Power Station. "Subtotal Value" here means pre-tax price(i.e., subtotal price), except that when the product price includes tax, the subtotal value will be tax-inclusive. The final subtotal price may not meet the gift threshold if a discount code is used. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart can be relied upon.

2. Free Gift Benefit only applies to orders placed on the official EcoFlow website (us.ecoflow.com). When placing an order on the official EcoFlow website and relevant conditions are satisfied, free gift will be automatically added to the generated order.

3. Free Gift Benefit will not apply to Flash Sale products.

4. Free Gift Benefit is non-transferable, non-replaceable,non-discountable, and non-upgradeable.

5. Free gifts offered in the Free Gift Benefit enjoy 30-day after-sales service for quality issues.

6. Subject to EcoFlow's return policy(us.ecoflow.com), If a refund is requested, orders placed during the EcoFlow Halloween Sale period will be refunded based on the actual amount paid. Please note that free gifts must also be returned, otherwise, the refund can not be processed.

Flash Sale

1. EcoFlow will hold three rounds of 24-hour Flash Sale during the Halloween Sale period, specifically EcoFlow will launch Flash Sale products on the promotion page on October 23rd, October 26th, and October 29th, each day from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM PDT

2. Flash Sale products are only available for 24 hours while supplies last. If inventories are not sold out within the 24-hour period after the start of each round of Flash Sale, relevant Flash Sale will still be discontinued. No 30-day price guarantee will be offered for Flash Sale products.

3. Each Participant is eligible to purchase a maximum of two (2) of each SKU in each round of Flash Sale.

4. No coupon codes will be applied to Flash Sale products.

Coupon Codes

1. During the EcoFlow Halloween Sale period as defined above, coupon codes are applicable to all products on the promotional page except EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra, Delta Pro 3, Delta 3 Plus and RIVER 3 related products, Flash Sale products, 12V battery and related accessories.

2. Only one coupon can be used on an order and cannot be in conjunction with Extra Discount as defined above.

Membership Benefits

1. During the EcoFlow Halloween Sale period as defined above, web exclusive products purchased on the EcoFlow website(us.ecoflow.com) will receive double EcoCredits.

2. The member's EcoCredits account must be logged in first, and shall be under the same email as the one used to place an order. Create a free account here: https://vwww.ecoflow.com/us/register? redirect=https://www.ecoflow.com/us/ecocredits. All EcoCredits will be credited to the member's account once the order is shipped. If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

3. EcoCredits can be used for cash deduction when purchasing designated products on the official EcoFlow website (us.ecoflow.com). For every 20 EcoCredits accumulated, members can reduce the order value by $1 . The minimum number of EcoCredits required to apply for a discount is 100. The maximum discount allowed per product is restricted to 5% of its total value.

4. The EcoCredits deduction will not apply to related accessories and Flash Sale products, and will not be stackable with Extra Discount as defined above.

General

2. Free shipping for outlying areas, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska is unavailable. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

4. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make this sale's final and ultimate interpretation.

5. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.

6. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising fromacts or omissions or in any way related to this campaign.

12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
