Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Holiday Sale promotion will begin at 12:00 AM PST on December 4, 2024, and end at 11:59 PM PST on December 16, 2024.
Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of December 4, 2024 (here in after referred to as "Participants").

1. Free Gift Offer
During the EcoFlow Holiday Sale (December 4–16, 2024), orders with a value between $2,000 and $4,999 will receive a free RIVER (600) (value $349); orders with a value of $5,000 or more will receive a free RIVER Pro (value $649).
- Each order is eligible for one free gift only. Flash sale items are not eligible for this offer.
- Free gifts given during the EcoFlow Holiday Sale promotion are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.
- The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.
- Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).
- For Amazon purchases, please refer to the official Amazon store for applicable promotional policies.

- If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you received a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed.

2. Limited-Time Flash Sale
EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM on December 7, 10, 13, and 16, 2024, on the Holiday Sale promotion page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/24holidaysale).
- Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.
- Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale.
- Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

3. Interest-Free Installments
- Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between December 4 and December 16, 2024, are eligible for six-month interest-free installment payments.
- This service is provided by Affirm, and payments must be made via Affirm to qualify. Eligibility is subject to Affirm’s credit assessment. For further details, please refer to Affirm’s terms at affirm.com/licenses.

4. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
- Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between December 4 and December 16, 2024, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.
- If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.
- Price match adjustments will account for the value of any free gifts or promotional items received as part of the original purchase. The value of such gifts will be deducted from the price match calculation. If the free gift's value surpasses the price difference, no price adjustment will be granted.

5. Coupon Terms
- Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items and recommended accessories.
- Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
- Coupons are valid only for U.S. and Canadian customers.

6. Membership Benefits
- From December 4 to December 16, 2024, participants who purchase any product from us.ecoflow.com will receive double EcoCredits.
- After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.
- EcoCredits can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases on us.ecoflow.com. Every 20 EcoCredits can reduce the payment amount by $1, with a minimum of 100 EcoCredits required for redemption. The maximum redemption amount is 5% of the product's price.
- Flash sale items and recommended accessories are excluded from this promotion.

7. Ambassador Program
From December 6 to December 16, 2024, If an Ambassador successfully invites new users to register on the official EcoFlow website (http://us.ecoflow.com), the referee will get 5% discount coupon and the Ambassador will get 100 EcoCredits, which will be capped at 3,000 EcoCredits per month ("Ambassador Program").
- Coupons received from the Ambassador Program can be applied only once and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. The coupons will expire in 30 days. If a referred user places an order within 30 days and the amount of the first order is not less than $299, the Ambassador will get a 5% cashback. The maximum cashback amount is limited to $500 per order.
- The Ambassador with the highest commission can get a free EcoFlow DELTA 2 and a Christmas gift set.

8. General Terms
- If you encounter any issues during the promotional period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.
- Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
- Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
- During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
- This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. Any updates will be announced on EcoFlow's official website.
- All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
- EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
- EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
- Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
