Promotion Period
The EcoFlow Spring Sale promotion will start at 12:00 AM (PDT) on March 14, 2025, and end at 11:59 PM (PDT) on March 26, 2025.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to U.S. residents with a shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years of age or older as of March 14, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").

Full Discount

During the EcoFlow Spring Sale (March 14–26, 2025), orders valued over $2,000 can enjoy a 3% discount; orders valued over $5,000 can enjoy a 6% discount.

Free Gift Offer

(a) During the EcoFlow Spring Sale (March 14-26, 2025), orders with a value over $400 will receive a free 20W charger(value $16.99). All promotional gift(s) with purchase are on a first come, first serve basis, while stocks last and limited to 10,000 pcs.

(b) Each order is eligible for one free gift only. Flash sale items are not eligible for this offer.

(c) Free gifts given during the EcoFlow Spring Sale promotion are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

(d)The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

(e)Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

Limited-Time Flash Sale

(a)EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM（PDT) to 11:59 PM（PDT) on March 14, 17, 19, and 22, 2025, on the Spring Sale promotion page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/spring-sale-2025).

(b)Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

(c)Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale.If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address,phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

(d)Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

Interest-Free Installments
(a)From March 14 to March 26, 2025, orders placed on the official website (us.ecoflow.com) are eligible for 6-month interest-free installment plans.

(b)Affirm provides the interest-free installment plan, which must be completed through Affirm’s payment system.

(c)The eligibility for this service depends on Affirm’s credit assessment and is subject to Affirm’s terms and conditions (affirm.com/licenses).

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

(a)Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between March 14 and March 26, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

(b)If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

(c)This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only.

(d)This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty pproducts, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stoock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales,closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

Coupon Use Conditions

(a)Coupons apply to all products except flash sale items and recommended accessories. Only one coupon may be used per order.

(b)Customers can choose between the coupon and other available discounts, but if a coupon is applied, related discounts will not be applied.

(c)Coupons are valid for customers in the U.S. and Canada.

Double EcoCredits

(a)From March 14 to March 26, 2024, participants who purchase any product from us.ecoflow.com will receive double EcoCredits.

(b)After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.

(c)Flash sale items and recommended accessories are excluded from this promotion.

Limited-time Member Prices  

(a)Some products enjoy limited-time member prices from 3/15 -3/16, 3/20-3/21, 3/23-3/24, 2025, on the Spring Sale promotion page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/spring-sale-2025). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.  

(b)Limited-time member price items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

(c)Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

Regular Membership Benefits  

(a)After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.  

(b)Flash sale items and recommended accessories are excluded from this promotion.  

(c)The products participating in the event cannot be price matched, cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift.

General Terms

(b)Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

(c)EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

(d)Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

(e)During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

(f)This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.(g)Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

(h)Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(i)All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

(j)EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

(k)EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

(l)Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
