II. Judging & Selection
- After the event ends, the Top 10 posts with the highest combined number of likes and comments will win the final prizes.
- EcoFlow will conduct basic verification of content authenticity based on reasonable and good-faith standards.
- Likes and comments will be counted based on the totals at the event's closing time.
III. Prizes for the campaign

IV. EcoCredits earned

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoFlow from any claims arising from any breach of the above.
By participating, participants grant EcoFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish such content for the purpose of this Campaign and related promotional activities.
5. Refer Your Friends
A. Members will receive 200 EcoCredits for every successful signup referral, up to a maximum of 20 referrals.
B.Your referred friend who successfully completes registration will receive a 5% off coupon (notified via email), which may be used on selected EcoFlow products.
C. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; In other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party
intermediary or website) will not be honored.
D. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify any participant or withhold rewards if it reasonably determines that the participant has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unfair conduct, including but not limited to cheating, hacking, deception, or harassment.

G. EcoFlow may collect and process participants’ personal data (such as name, email address, and participation or referral information) for the purposes of administering the campaign, verifying eligibility, and delivering rewards.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

6. Free Gift Order
A. Eligibility and Exclusions
During the Promotion Period, customers who place a single order with a total value exceeding $3,000 on EcoFlow’s official website (us.EcoFlow.com) will receive two (2) free 160W Bifacial Portable Solar Panels (valued at $509). B. Quantity Limitation
Each customer account is eligible for a maximum of one (1) promotional gift offer during the Promotion Period. Such gift will be granted with the first qualifying order only. C. Gift Fulfillment and Delivery

D. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.
