The EcoFlow Home Backup Sale runs from August 24, 2024, 00:00 AM (PDT), to September 9, 2024, 11:59 PM (PDT).

Eligibility of Participants:

This campaign is open to all citizens of the United States who are at least 18 years old before August 24, 2024.

Benefits Terms:

1. Flash Sale

EcoFlow will launch Flash Sale products on the promotion page at 00:00 AM (PDT) on August 24, and 29, September 4, and 8, 2024.

a. Flash Sale products are available for 24 hours.

b. Each person is limited to two Flash Sale product purchases.

c. Flash Sale products are not eligible for the 30-day price match guarantee.

d. Coupon codes can not be applied to Flash Sale products.

2.Extra 12% Off

During the campaign from August 24-September 9, customers who place an order with a subtotal over $2,000 can apply for a 12% extra discount.

a. The order value referred to here is the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value also includes tax. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart is correct. The final subtotal value may not meet the gift threshold if a discount code is used.

b. The Extra Discount will not apply to DELTA Pro 3-related units, Flash Sale products, Recommended Accessories, Accessories selections on the Home Backup Sale.

c. Please note that the Flash Sale items and Gift Cards are not included in the calculation of the subtotal value for claiming a free gift with purchase.

d. This offer cannot combined with other discounts or coupon codes.

e. Each order is limited to one gift.

f. When placing an order on the official website and meeting the conditions, the extra discount will be automatically applied to eligible orders.

During the sale from August 24–September 9, customers who order a DELTA Pro 3 solution in the Home Backup Sale with a subtotal of over $5,000 will receive a free EcoFlow DELTA Max (1600). During the sale from August 24–September 9, customers who order a DELTA Pro 3 solution in the Home Backup Sale with a subtotal of between $2,000 and $4,999 will receive a free EcoFlow Multifunctional Outdoor Camping Light.

4. Florida Sales Tax Holiday

The tax-free policy is in accordance with the Florida Sales Tax Holiday.Florida Sales Tax Holiday begins at 12:01 AM on Saturday, August 24, and ends at 11:59 PM, Friday, September 6 (EDT).

a. Only applicable to emergency generators under $3,000. Separately purchased extra batteries and solar panels are not eligible under the policy.

b. Sales tax will be automatically deducted at checkout on eligible items and orders.

c. This tax-free policy is only valid for orders shipped to Florida.

5. Extra 15% Off Accessories

a. During the Home Backup Sale, customers can get an extra 15% off in the accessories section.

b. The extra discount is only available on the EcoFlow official website. For orders placed on the official EcoFlow website, The extra discount will be automatically applied to eligible orders.

c. The extra discount is non-stackable, non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-discountable, and non-upgradeable.

d. If a refund is requested, orders placed during the Home Backup Sale will be refunded based on the actual amount paid.

e. This offer cannot combined with other discounts or coupon codes.

2. Free shipping for outlying areas, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska is unavailable. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

4. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make this sale's final and ultimate interpretation.

5. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.

6. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this campaign.

12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
