1. In the event of fraudulent & cheating situations, EcoFlow reserves the right to withdraw or not issue the Gift Card.
*Fraudulent & cheating situations include, but are not limited to:
(1) The goods received by EcoFlow are not as you described.
(2) Duplicate applications for trade-in Gift Card
(3) Apply for WAVE trade-in after purchasing WAVE for return and refund.
2. the Gift Card can only be applied to all products on us.ecoflow.com at any time.
3. If an order with a Gift Card is cancelled, the Gift Card will be cancelled, and no cash will be refunded for the value of the Gift Card.
4. Gift Cards can be stacked and used with a single coupon code (please note that coupon codes cannot be stacked).
5. Trade-in values will vary based on the condition and configuration of your eligible trade-in device.
6. Trade-in devices are currently limited to the choices provided by the evaluation form.
7. We will send the Gift Card via email you registered within two working days of receiving the goods.
8. Please note: once you have chosen to return products and submit the trade-in evaluation form, the decision cannot be revoked and the warranty on the products (excluding WAVE) will expire immediately.
9. Customers don't need to return the product in the WAVE trade-in program, and your WAVE warranty will not expire after trade-in.
10. The Gift Card can only be used for purchases that have not yet been made and cannot be used to refund the price difference on orders that have already been purchased.
11. Refurbished products cannot be traded in.
12. EcoFlow WAVE trade-in campaign runs from May 10th (EST 12:00AM May 10, 2023) to June 15th (EST 11:59PM, June 15, 2023).
13. Users may fill out the trade-in application form during the WAVE trade-in campaign (May 10, 2023 to June 15,2023)，and will receive a $100 Gift Card after the application is approved.
14. We will review the trade-in request questionnaire within 2 working days, and will send the Gift Card via your registered email address after the review is approved.
15. EcoFlow reserves the final explanation right of the activity.
