2. To receive the latest information about EcoCredits Monthly Madness, you can enter your email address on the EcoCredits Monthly Madness page. By doing so, you agree to our email marketing terms and conditions and subscribe to our emails for notifications.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Dec,31, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

Multiple EcoCredits

1. When purchasing products during the EcoCredits Monthly Madness, you can enjoy 2x EcoCredits for the Members, 3x EcoCredits for the PLUS Members (excluding Flash Sale products and Recommended Products).

2. You must log into your EcoCredits account first and ensure it's the same email as the one you placed an order with. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for a free account here.

3. Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the EcoCredits you received from that purchase. EcoCredits would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.

Exclusive Flash Sale

1. EcoFlow EcoCredits Flash Sale will start at 9:00 AM (PST) on December 25, 2025, with subsequent flash sale beginning at 9:00 AM on December 27, December 29, and a final round on December 31, 2025.

2. EcoFlow will release Flash Sale items during EcoCredits Monthly Madness from Dec 25, 2025, 12 AM (PST) to Dec 31, 2025, 11:59 PM (PST).

3. You must log in to unlock Flash Sale deals.

4. Flash Sale products are only available in limited quantities. If the Flash Sale products are not sold out within 24 hours during the Flash Sale period, the Flash Sale will end, and no price guarantee service will be provided. Each person is limited to one EcoCredits Flash Sale purchase.Coupon codes can not be applied to any Flash Sale products.The EcoCredits earned during the EcoCredits Flash Sale will be added to the purchasing customers' account by 11:59 PM, Dec 31. Check-in Campaign

1. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of December 25, 2025 (here in after referred to as "Participants").

2. Campaign Details:
The Check-in Campaign will be launched during the EcoCredits Page. Participants can log in to the EcoCredits page and complete daily check-ins to earn EcoCredits.

3. Points Rewards:

Daily Check-in Reward: Participants will receive 100 EcoCredits for each successful check-in. Consecutive Check-in Bonus: Participants who complete 5 consecutive check-ins will receive an additional 500 EcoCredits.

4. EcoCredits Validity:
EcoCredits earned through check-ins will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.

5. EcoCredits Redemption:
EcoCredits may be redeemed for discount coupons. For full details regarding redemption rules, please refer to the terms & conditions available on the EcoCredits page.

6. Redeeming EcoCredits Rewards

a. A limited number of EcoFlow merchandise will be available to purchase using EcoCredits during the sale.

b. All rewards, including coupons and physical items, are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and non-refundable.

c. Specific rules for collection and usage apply. Please refer to the guidelines detailed on the coupon or gift page.

d. Rewards cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after redeeming EcoCredits.

Free Gift Offer

1. During the Holiday Sale x EcoCredits Monthly Madness Promotion Period (Dec 25 – Dec 26, PST), each eligible single order is entitled to one corresponding gift only (gift offers cannot be stacked). The gift rules are as follows:

7. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Accessory Discount

1. Customers who purchase two (2) eligible accessories in a single order will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on the subtotal of the eligible accessories only.

2. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or coupons.

30% Tax Credit

1. You could apply for the 26 USC 25D: Residential clean energy credit for qualified solar electric property costs. The Residential Clean Energy Credit equals 30% of the costs of new, qualified clean energy property for your home installed anytime from 2022 through 2032. The credit percentage rate phases down to 26 percent for property placed in service in 2033 and 22 percent for property placed in service in 2034.

2. Qualified expenses including: Solar electric panels and Battery storage technology (beginning in 2023). Battery storage technology must have a capacity of at least 3 kilowatt hours. Note: only valid for EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra, EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3, EcoFlow DELTA Pro, and EcoFlow Solar Panels. Accessories such as the Smart Home Panel 2 and Smart Generator are not eligible.

3. You may be able to take credit if you made energy saving improvements for your home located in the United States. The home doesn't have to be your main home. Existing homes and new constructions qualify. Solar power for batteries energy is a must. Rentals do not qualify. Must be grid-tied. No costs relating to a solar panel or other property installed as a roof (or portion thereof) will fail to qualify solely because the property constitutes a structural component of the structure on which it is installed.
