1. Promotional Period
The Ecoflow Holiday Sale Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on December 9, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 26, 2025.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of December 9, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.  

In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity.  

Employees of EcoFlow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.

3. Holiday Sale Exclusions  

The following products are exempt from all promotional terms and conditions.

· Special categories: Flash Sale items, recommended accessories, member-only products, Power Kits, gift cards, app-only products.

· Specific models: DELTA Pro Ultra X Series, Smart Home Panel 3, Automatic Transfer Switch, DELTA 3 1000 Air Series, New RAPID Mag Series.

4. Free Gift Offer

a. During the Promotion Period (Dec 9 – Dec 26, PST), each eligible single order is entitled to one corresponding gift only (gift offers cannot be stacked). The gift rules are as follows:

i. For EcoFlow Members Only: Spend $300 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow RIVER Series Bag, (valued at $99 USD).

ii. For EcoFlow Members Only: Spend $500 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow Power Hat (Medium-Large), (valued at $129 USD). (Note: This gift is available in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once exhausted, a 45W Solar Panel will be offered as the alternative gift item.)

iii. Spend $2500 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max Portable Power Station (Refurbished), (valued at $419 USD).

iv. Spend $3500 or more in a single order to receive two (2) EcoFlow NextGen 160W Portable Solar Panel, (valued at $1,198 USD).

b. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.

i. Only one promotional gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer or promotion.

ii. If you place more than one order with us in the period the offer is running, you will only receive the gift for your first order, unless otherwise stated.

iii. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.

c. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

d. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

e. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

f. The free gift offer is exclusively available on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

g. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Accessory Discount

a. Customers who purchase two (2) eligible accessories in a single order will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on the subtotal of the eligible accessories only.

b. This offer is not applicable to Holiday Sale Exclusions.

c. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or coupons.

d. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

6. 30% Tax Credit

a. You could apply for the 26 USC 25D: Residential clean energy credit for qualified solar electric property costs. The Residential Clean Energy Credit equals 30% of the costs of new, qualified clean energy property for your home installed anytime from 2022 through 2032. The credit percentage rate phases down to 26 percent for property placed in service in 2033 and 22 percent for property placed in service in 2034.

b. Qualified expenses including: Solar electric panels and Battery storage technology (beginning in 2023). Battery storage technology must have a capacity of at least 3 kilowatt hours. Note: only valid for EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra, EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3, EcoFlow DELTA Pro, and EcoFlow Solar Panels. Accessories such as the Smart Home Panel 2 and Smart Generator are not eligible.

c. You may be able to use this credit if you made energy-saving improvements for your home located in the United States. The home doesn't have to be your main home. Existing homes and new constructions qualify. Solar power for batteries energy is a must. Rentals do not qualify. Must be grid-tied. No costs relating to a solar panel or other property installed as a roof (or portion thereof) will fail to qualify solely because the property constitutes a structural component of the structure on which it is installed. 7. Subscription Benefits  

First-time subscribers will receive a subscription coupon package with benefits of "5% OFF and over $1000 discount on orders over $10,000". Notably, the discount codes included in the package shall not be stackable for combined use. The campaign prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

8. Holiday Sale Lucky Draw  

The EcoFlow Holiday Sale Lucky Draw runs from 12:00 AM PST on December 9, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 26, 2025. The campaign consists of two rounds of prize draws, with winners announced on separate dates.

a. Eligibility for Lucky Draw  

The Lucky Draw is open to participants who subscribe to the EcoFlow Holiday Sale mailing list during the campaign period (from December 9, 2025, 12:00 AM (PST) to December 26, 2025, 11:59 PM (PST)). Participants must maintain a valid subscription status throughout the campaign and at the time of prize claim, cancellation of the subscription will result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the activity and claim prizes.

b. Prize Rounds & Announcement Dates

i. Round 1      

Announcement Date: December 18, 2025      

Prizes:

· 1 winner will receive 1 × EcoFlow DELTA 3 1000 Air (10ms UPS) Portable Power Station, (valued at $499 USD).

· 3 winners will each receive 1 × $200 EcoFlow Gift Card (The gift card has no minimum order requirement and is not valid for Holiday Sale exclusions).

ii. Round 2      

Announcement Date: December 28, 2025      

Prizes:

· 1 winner will receive 1 × EcoFlow DELTA 2 Portable Power Station, (valued at $1,049 USD).

· 3 winners will each receive 1 × $200 EcoFlow Gift Card: no minimum order value requirement (except for some special offerings: Flash Sale items, recommended accessories, member-only products, App-exclusive items).

c. Notes for the Holiday Sale Lucky Draw

· No purchase necessary: Entry to the Prize Promotion is free of charge. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

· One entry per participant: Each entrant may submit only one entry using a single email address. Any individual found using multiple email addresses or social media accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

· Winner selection is final: The decision of EcoFlow in selecting winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

· Winner notification: Winners will be notified via email within 7 working days after each draw date.

· Prize delivery: EcoFlow will deliver the prize(s) within 30 days of confirming the winner’s eligibility.

· Prize redemption: Winners must respond within 7 working days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Membership Benefits

a. Earn EcoCredits for Registration and Log in

b. Member points redemption (up to 5% off)    

Members may redeem their existing EcoCredits for a discount of up to five percent (5%) off the order total (EcoCredits redemption cannot be combined with coupons, discount or the mechanism of free gift, and it does not apply to Holiday Sale Exclusions). c. During the Promotion Period, members who purchase web-exclusive products (DELTA Pro + 2 x 220W Portable Solar Panel + Free DELTA Pro Bag, EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra + Smart Home Panel 2 + 400W Portable Solar Panel + Free Monitor, DELTA Pro 3 + Extra Battery + 400W Solar Panel + Free Transfer Switch) from us.ecoflow.com will receive 2x EcoCredits. After order completion and delivery of goods, the corresponding EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

10. Limited-Time Flash Sale on Selected Products

a. A limited-time flash sale on selected products will run from 12:00 AM PST on December 9, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 26, 2025, on the Holiday Sale Promotion page: https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/holiday-sale.

b. Selected flash sale products are limited in quantity and available for the promotion period. Sales stop when the products are sold out. If selected products remain unsold after the promotion period, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

c. Each participant can purchase up to two units of selected flash sale products during the promotion. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

d. Selected flash sale products do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

11. Coupon Codes

a. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Holiday Sale Exclusions [Note: Coupons are applicable for the following bundles: DELTA 3 1000 Air (10ms UPS) + 110W Solar Panel and DELTA 3 1000 Air (10ms UPS) + RAPID Magnetic Power Bank (5000mAh)]. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time (December 9 – December 26, PST) and while supplies last.

b.To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

c. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

d. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

e. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

f. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

g. Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

12. Interest-Free Installment Plans

a. During the Promotion Period, orders placed on the official EcoFlow website (us.ecoflow.com) come with an option of a 12-month interest-free installment plan.

b. The above interest-free installment plans are provided by Affirm, and eligibility for this service is subject to Affirm's credit assessment. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions of Affirm on their website (https://www.affirm.com/)

13. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

a. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

b. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

c. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.

d. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for the identical product on us.ecoflow.com.

e. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale, or any paid membership club offers.

14. Refer Your Friends

a. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

b. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.

c. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

d. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

e. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

c. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

d. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

e. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-return-policy). This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

f. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

g. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

h. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

i. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

j. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

k. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
