1. Promotional Period

The EcoFlow Prime Day Big Deals promotion(hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 26, 2026. For the applicable period of Flash Sale offers, please refer to Section 5: Limited-Time Flash Sale. For the applicable period of Installation Discount offers, please refer to Section 6.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of June 23, 2026 PDT (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

3. Free Gift Offer

A. During the Promotion Period:

i. All customer whose order includes any DELTA Pro 3 or DELTA 3 Ultra Plus series product, will receive one FREE RAPID Pro Power Bank (20,000mAh, 230W, MSRP $179) for each qualifying unit purchased.

iii. B. Each qualifying product is eligible for its corresponding free gift. The free gift offer described in Section 3.A.iii may not be combined with any of the free gift offers described in Sections 3.A.i–ii. The free gift offers described in Section 3 do not affect eligibility for the Member Exclusive Offer described in Section 4.E.i.

C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

D. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

E. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.EcoFlow.com).

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included within your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Membership Benefits

5. Limited-Time Flash Sale

A. Flash Sale offers are valid only during the promotional periods listed below on the EcoFlow Prime Day Big Deals promotion page (https://us.EcoFlow.com/pages/prime-day).

B. Flash Sale items are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Flash Sale pricing ends when the promotional period expires or when the item sells out, whichever comes first. Products purchased after the Flash Sale ends are not eligible for price matching.

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the whole flash sale. If any information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number, etc.) of two or more orders matches in any aspect, the orders involved will be deemed as placed by the same individual and the accounts placing the orders will be considered as controlled by the same individual. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

6. Installation Discount

7. Extended warranty service

A. During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase a DELTA Pro Ultra X system that includes a DELTA Pro Ultra X Inverter and at least one DELTA Pro Ultra X Extra Battery will receive an additional 1-year extended warranty service (valued at up to $799) for the eligible inverter and battery units included in the order.

B. The extended warranty applies only to the DELTA Pro Ultra X inverter and battery units included in the purchased system or bundle. It does not apply to accessories, installation services, third-party products, or any other components unless otherwise specified.

C. To qualify for the extended warranty, the purchased DELTA Pro Ultra X system or bundle must include both an inverter and at least one battery.

D. The extended warranty is subject to EcoFlow’s Warranty Policy. For complete warranty terms, coverage details, exclusions, and claim procedures, please refer to the Warranty Policy.

8. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

A. Orders placed on us.EcoFlow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

B. If a lower price is found on us.EcoFlow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@EcoFlow.com for a price adjustment.

C. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.

D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.EcoFlow.com only. The lower price must be for the identical product on us.EcoFlow.com.

E. This price match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantity items, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

9. Refer Your Friends

A. When your referred friend ("Referees", Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

B. C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

D. The Referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the Referrer alone to obtain Qualified Referrals; Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

E. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

F. If the referrer and referee share the same IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or by intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

10. Coupon Terms

A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, App-only selections, the DELTA Pro Ultra Series, the DELTA Pro Ultra X Series, the DELTA 3 Ultra Series, DELTA 3 Ultra Plus Series, the DELTA 3 Air, RAPID Series, Smart Home Panel 2, Smart Home Panel 3, Smart Gateway (200A), and Installation Services.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, EcoCredits redemption, or other available offers, but these offers cannot be combined.

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.EcoFlow.com.

D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

11. General Terms

A. Unless otherwise specified, all references to "order value", "order amount", or similar terms in these Terms shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.D.

D. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

E. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

F. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

G. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

H. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

I. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

J. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

K. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

L. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

M. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

N. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any issues (including but not limited to eligibility determination, rule interpretation) arising from or in connection with the promotion.
