All necessary materials to connect the Smart Home Panel 2 (SHP2) to the upstream distribution panel.

Replacement or addition of electrical components such as circuit breakers, junction boxes, etc.

Permit application fees required by local regulations in certain jurisdictions (applicable only if you purchase the “Without Permit” installation service option).

The On-Site Assessment Fee applies when an electrician visits the customer’s home, either before or during installation. This fee may be waived if (a) the customer proceeds with the installation service without canceling after the assessment, and (b) the electrician confirms that the home satisfies the required installation conditions.

Scope of Warranty

Physical installation of Smart Home Panel Series, Automatic Transfer Switch, and CP100 series products.

Electrical connections between Smart Home Panel, Automatic Transfer Switch, CP100 series products and existing electrical equipment.

Internal wiring within Smart Home Panel, Automatic Transfer Switch, and CP100 series products.

Damage to third-party products (e.g., circuit breakers) caused by improper installation of Smart Home Panel Series, Automatic Transfer Switch, and CP100.
Exclusions

Defects in third-party products (e.g., externally sourced breakers, cables) unrelated to our installation.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, vandalism, accidents, or other intentional or negligent acts unrelated to installation.

Repairs, alterations, or disassembly by unauthorized personnel.

Damage resulting from external events such as lightning, power surges, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

Installation or operation in environments that do not meet product specifications, including but not limited to excessive moisture, freezing temperatures, poor ventilation, or hazardous conditions.

Normal wear and tear of materials such as wires and breakers.

Regulatory changes or new permitting requirements arising after the installation is completed.

Use of the system for commercial purposes or in a manner inconsistent with product manuals or EcoFlow's guidance.

Installations not performed by an EcoFlow authorized electrician.

Unauthorized modifications to the system configuration or load.
-
Any product or service for which the warranty period has expired or valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.

Non-compliance with the Product/installation instructions.

Willful or deliberate damage, neglect or negligence.
Warranty Claim Process

Report promptly — Contact the electrician, service provider, and EcoFlow customer support as soon as possible to mitigate risk.

Prepare documentation — Provide your installation order number, installation date, description of the issue, and photos or videos (if safe to obtain).

On-site inspection — EcoFlow will respond to your request within a commercially reasonable timeframe. If the issue is determined to be within the warranty scope, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange for an authorized electrician to contact you and schedule an inspection at your earliest convenience.

Resolution — If the issue is confirmed to be caused by the workmanship of EcoFlow's installation, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to the customer. Remedies may include correction, reinstallation, or other reasonable solutions depending on the circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities

Use the system in accordance with product manuals and avoid overloading or unauthorized modifications.

Do not hire personnel unauthorized by EcoFlow to alter the installation.

Perform any recommended maintenance or inspections.
-
Report anomalies promptly.
-
Keep the system connected to the network for remote inspection when requested.

Warranty Transferability
Liability

EcoFlow’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repairing or correcting installation workmanship issues as specified herein.

EcoFlow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including secondary damage to other property, loss of use, or personal injury resulting from installation defects.

Maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the total installation fee paid by the customer.

EcoFlow reserves the right to make a reasonable number of attempts to correct defects. If after more than two correction attempts the issue remains unresolved, EcoFlow may, at its discretion, refund the installation fee and bear the reasonable cost of removing the installed product.
