1. Promotional Period

The EcoFlow Early Prime Day Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 22, 2026. For the applicable period of Flash Sale offers, please refer to Section 5. For the applicable period of Installation Discount offers, please refer to Section 6.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of June 8, 2026 PDT (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

3. Free Gift Offer

A. During the Promotion Period, all customers who place a single order over $600 will receive a Free 45W Solar Panel ($79). All customers who place a single order over $3,000 will receive Free 2×160W Solar Panels ($489). All gifts will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying order. This offer applies to all products except Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, APP-only selections, the DELTA Pro Ultra Series, the DELTA Pro Ultra X Series, the DELTA 3 Classic Series, the DELTA 2 Max Series, the DELTA 3 Max Series, and the RAPID Series.

B. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.

C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

D. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Membership Benefits

C. After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

D. EcoCredits offset: During the Promotion Period, members may utilize their existing EcoCredits as a cash offset during checkout. Every 20 EcoCredits equates to a $1 discount, with a maximum offset limit of 5% of the order value. This offer cannot be combined with any other coupons. 5. Limited-Time Flash Sale

A. Flash Sale offers are valid only during the promotional periods listed below on the Prime Day Sale promotion page (https://us.EcoFlow.com/pages/prime-day).

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the whole flash sale. If any information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number, etc.) of two or more orders matches in any aspect, the orders involved will be deemed as placed by the same individual and the accounts placing the orders will be considered as controlled by the same individual. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

6. Installation Discount

B. Customers purchasing Smart Home Panel 3 are eligible for an automatic $900 discount on installation services related to Smart Home Panel 3 on https://us.ecoflow.com/. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

C. This Installation Discount is non-stackable with other discounts.

D. Installation Service Scope

E. Installation fees are calculated based on the installation ZIP code. Pricing may vary by region and will be reflected at checkout.

7. Exclusive Accessory Discounts for DELTA Pro Ultra Series Customers

A. During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase a DELTA Pro Ultra or DELTA Pro Ultra X are eligible for additional discounts on selected recommended accessories, as outlined below.B. Eligible accessories and discount tiers:

D. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout when all eligibility requirements are met.

8. Extended warranty service

A. During the Promotion Period, when you purchase and successfully pay for an order of DELTA Pro Ultra X and related bundles, you will get a 6-year free warranty: 5 years standard warranty plus an additional 1-year extended warranty.

B. The extended warranty applies only to the DELTA Pro Ultra X inverter and battery units included in the purchased system or bundle. It does not apply to accessories, installation services, third-party products, or any other components unless otherwise specified.

C. To qualify for the extended warranty, the purchased DELTA Pro Ultra X system or bundle must include both an inverter and at least one battery.

9. Subscription Bonus

A. The Subscription Bonus Campaign period (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 22, 2026. Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.

B. Participation

i. Participants can subscribe by filling in their email address in the Subscription Bonus section on the event page. Subscribing successfully grants a Lucky Draw entry. Participants must ensure that their registered details are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects. The lucky draw result will be emailed exclusively to the winners.

ii. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Promotion, and a purchase will not increase chances of winning.

C. Prize Pool Settings

10. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

A. Orders placed on us.EcoFlow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

B. If a lower price is found on us.EcoFlow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@EcoFlow.com for a price adjustment.

C. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.

D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.EcoFlow.com only. The lower price must be for the identical product on us.EcoFlow.com.

E. This price match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantity items, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

11. Refer Your Friends

A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

B. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.

C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

E. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or by intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

12. Coupon Terms

A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.EcoFlow.com.

D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
