1. Promotional Period  

The EcoFlow Labor Day Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM PDT on Aug 25, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Aug 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at the start of the Promotion Period (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

3. Add-On Purchase Offers

A. Solar Panel Add-On Offers

During the Promotion Period, customers whose qualifying order meets the applicable minimum order subtotal may purchase the following eligible solar panel add-ons at the corresponding promotional price:

i. Orders of $1,000 or more: Purchase one (1) EcoFlow 45W Portable Solar Panel for $9.9

ii. Orders of $2,500 or more: Purchase one (1) EcoFlow 160W Portable Solar Panel for $49.9

iii. Orders of $4,000 or more: Purchase one (1) set of two (2) EcoFlow 100W Rigid Solar Panels for $89.9

B. Add-On Offer General Terms

i. The applicable minimum order amount is based on the qualifying order subtotal before taxes, shipping fees, and other applicable charges.

ii. Each Solar Panel Add-On Offer is available only when the qualifying order meets the applicable minimum order subtotal specified above and the eligible add-on product is purchased in the same order.

iii. Each qualifying order is limited to one (1) Solar Panel Add-On Offer. If an order qualifies for multiple Solar Panel Add-On Offers, the customer may select only one (1) eligible add-on offer.

iv. Solar Panel Add-On Offers cannot be combined with any coupons or promotional codes. They may be combined with other eligible automatic promotions, unless expressly stated otherwise.

v. The promotional add-on price applies only to the applicable eligible solar panel add-on product and does not apply to other products in the qualifying order.

vi. If a qualifying product or add-on product is returned or refunded and the remaining order subtotal no longer meets the applicable minimum order requirement, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke the corresponding add-on discount or adjust the refund amount accordingly.

vii. All Solar Panel Add-On Offers are subject to product availability and are available only while supplies last.viii. EcoFlow reserves the right to verify order eligibility and to cancel or modify orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Promotion.

4. Limited-Time Flash Sale

A. Flash Sale offers are valid only during the promotional periods listed below on the Larbor Day Sale page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/outdoor-sale).

Flash Sale Period: Aug 27, 2026, at 12:00 AM PDT through Aug 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT.

B. Flash Sale items are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Flash Sale pricing ends when the promotional period expires or when the item sells out, whichever comes first. Products purchased before or after the applicable Flash Sale period are not eligible for price matching.

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items in total across all Flash Sale products during the Flash Sale period. If any information associated with two or more orders, including name, ID, email address, shipping address, or phone number, matches, the relevant orders may be deemed to have been placed by the same individual. To ensure fairness, if EcoFlow determines that any individual controls multiple accounts in violation of the aforementioned purchase limit, EcoFlow reserves the right to cancel orders exceeding the specified purchase limit and take further action as necessary.

D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

5. Refer Your Friends

A. When your referred friend (a ‘Referee,’ who must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299 (excluding shipping and handling fees) before taxes. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cashback rewards for the referral purchase will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

B. Referees will receive a 5% off coupon that can be used on selected EcoFlow products. The coupon is not valid on Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, App-only selections, the DELTA 2 Max series, DELTA 3 Max series, the DELTA 3 Max Plus series, or the DELTA Pro series. Only one coupon may be used per order. The referral coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon or EcoCredits redemption unless expressly stated otherwise.

C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than five withdrawals are permitted in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law.

D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a qualified referee are not counted as additional qualified referrals.

E. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored. If the referrer and referee share the same IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or by intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

6. Coupon Terms

A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Unless otherwise stated, coupons are not valid on Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, or App-only selections.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Unless otherwise expressly stated, coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, EcoCredits redemption, or other promotional discount codes.

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

7. EcoCredits offset

A. During the Promotion Period, EcoFlow members may redeem their existing EcoCredits toward eligible purchases at checkout. Every twenty (20) EcoCredits may be redeemed for a $1 discount.

B. EcoCredits may be redeemed for up to 5% of the eligible order subtotal.

C. EcoCredits redemption cannot be combined with coupons or other offers where expressly stated otherwise.

D. EcoCredits redemption is not applicable to Flash Sale items, App-only products, Member-only products, Power Kits, or Recommended Accessories.

E. If an order is fully refunded, the EcoCredits redeemed for that order will be returned to the member's account. EcoCredits will not be returned in the event of a partial refund.

8. General Terms

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained, except as required by applicable law. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

H. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

I. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct, or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

J. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct, or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

K. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, as permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors, except as required by applicable law.

L. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any issues (including but not limited to eligibility determination, rule interpretation) arising from or in connection with the promotion.

M. In the event of a price match request, EcoFlow's official pricing history and promotional records shall prevail in determining eligibility for price matching. Screenshots, browser displays, or any customer-provided materials are for reference only and shall not be considered conclusive evidence.

N. All matters relating to this promotion and these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. You agree that any claim relating to this promotion will be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

O. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
