1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Prime Day Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on July 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 18, 2025.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of July 12, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
3. Free Gift Offer
A. During the Promotion Period, members who place a single order over $500 will receive a free Power Hat ($129). All gifts will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying order.

5. Extra Discount
A. During the EcoFlow Prime Day Sale period as defined above, customers who place an order with a subtotal value of between $3,500 and $5,000 can apply for a 7% extra discount; orders with a subtotal value of and above $5,000 can apply for a 9% extra discount ("Extra Discount"). "Subtotal Value" here means pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price), except that when the product price includes tax, the subtotal value will be tax-inclusive. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart can be relied upon. "Final Price" here means the final subtotal value after the Extra Discount if the order is eligible.

6. Subscription Lucky Draw
A. Campaign Period The Subscription Lucky Draw Campaign period (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 18, 2025.
B. Participation & Lucky Draw Entry
i. Participants can subscribe by filling in their email address in the subscription section on the event page. Subscribing successfully grants a Lucky Draw entry. Participants must ensure that their registered details are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects. The lucky draw result will be emailed exclusively to the winners on July 25, 2025 (PDT).
ii. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Promotion, and a purchase will not increase chances of winning.
iii. Maximum one entry per entrant and per email address per campaign. Any individual found to be using multiple email addresses to enter will be ineligible.
C. Rewards

D. Installation Service Scope

Provision of Auxiliary Materials: All electrical wires within 6 feet are included. If the materials needed exceed this scope, fees will be charged according to the standards in the "Service Instructions".
Removal of Sub Panel: For scenarios where you're upgrading an existing sub panel, we'll remove the old one for free.
8. Installation Terms & Conditions
Scope of Installation Service
A. Service Content: This installation service is strictly limited to the standard installation service of the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 (“SHP2”) or any bundle that includes the SHP2 alongside other EcoFlow products, including but not limited to the Delta Pro Series (collectively referred to as the “Products”). Standard installation service includes on-site visit by a certified electrician and the installation of the Products, including wiring the SHP2 to the existing load center.Please note that this installation service does NOT include wiring the Delta Pro Series to solar panels or photovoltaic (PV) systems, nor does it cover the cleaning or disposal of any debris generated during the installation process. If a user requests wiring to solar or PV systems, the electrician reserves the right to decline the installation service.
B. Installation Conditions: The user's home electrical system must fully comply with all applicable local government regulations and electrical standards. Any unauthorized modifications to the home circuit—i.e., changes made without official government approval—will render the property ineligible for installation.If the user's residence is unusually large, resulting in extended wiring distances or undervoltage risks, the installation may fail to meet the requirements of the National Electrical Code (NEC) or other applicable codes and regulations. In such cases, the installation cannot proceed.Furthermore, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that affect the safety, legality, or practicality of the installation, EcoFlow reserves the sole right to determine the final feasibility of performing the service.
C. Territory: This installation service is available in most areas across the United States. However, service coverage is subject to zip code verification at the time of order placement. If the verification indicates that installation is not available in the user’s area, it means that the region is temporarily outside the service coverage zone. In such cases, EcoFlow will promptly contact the user and issue a refund for the order.
D. Service Benefits: The installation service benefits promoted are exclusively available to users who place an order and complete a successful payment for the installation service through the official EcoFlow website (https://www.ecoflow.com/us & https://us.ecoflow.com/). Orders made through third-party platforms or other sales channels are not eligible for these benefits.
Installation Fees and Additional Costs
A. Installation Service Fee Coverage: The standard Installation Service Fee listed on the official EcoFlow website includes the on-site visit fee, installation labor costs, and material costs required to install the Products within a maximum distance of 2(two) feet from the upstream distribution box. Any additional distance or special installation requirements may incur extra charges, subject to assessment by the electrcian
B. Exclusions from the Installation Service Fee: The installation service fee listed on the official EcoFlow website does NOT include the following additional costs, which must be borne by the user:
-Extra material and labor charges resulting from (a) an excessive distance between the Smart Home Panel 2 (SHP2) and the existing distribution panel, or (b) incompatibility between existing circuit breakers and the SHP2.
-Permit application fees required by local regulations in certain jurisdictions.
-Electrician's on-site assessment fee. This fee may be waived if (a) the user proceeds with the installation service, and (b) the electrician confirms that the home meets the necessary installation conditions.
C. Payment Method: Any additional fees not covered by the standard installation service—such as excess labor or materials, or permit application fees—must be paid directly by the user to the electrician, based on the actual quotation provided and the prevailing local permit costs. EcoFlow reserves the right to the final interpretation of the installation service fee and its applicable scope.
Service Limitations and Liabilities
A. Independent Service Agreement: The installation service constitutes a direct agreement between the customer and the electrician. Ecoflow is NOT a party to this agreement and therefore assumes no responsibility or liability for the electrician’s pricing, workmanship, performance, or service quality.
B. Service Refusal Based on Property Assessment: The electrician reserves the right to refuse installation service if, upon on-site assessment, the property is determined to be unsuitable for installation. In such cases, the user remains responsible for the cost of the on-site assessment, regardless of whether the installation proceeds.
C. Liability for Unauthorized Installation: EcoFlow shall NOT be held liable for any product issues, defects, or damages resulting from installation performed by an unauthorized installer. In such cases, the user shall bear full responsibility for any required after-sales service, maintenance, or repairs, and such services may not be covered under EcoFlow’s standard warranty or support policies.
D. No Refund after Installation: Once the installation service has commenced, the installation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. If the user is dissatisfied with the product after the Product(s) has been installed and wishes to request a return, the user shall be responsible for (a) the non-refundable installation fee, and (2) the full cost of removing the installed SHP2. These costs will not be covered by EcoFlow under any circumstances. Ecoflow Installation Service Refund Policy can be found at EcoFlow Installation Service Refund Policy.
E. Cancellation After On-Site Assessment: If the user cancels the installation service after the electrician has conducted an on-site assessment, but before the comemencement of the installation of the Products, the installation fee will be refunded, less a deduction for the on-site assessment fee. This assessment fee may be up to USD $500, and the exact amount varies by state.
User Responsibilities
A. Accurate Information Provision: When placing an order, the user must provide accurate personal details, including shipping address and home installation address. The user is also responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the premises and that the provided contact information is reachable at the time of the engineer’s visit.
If the user needs to reschedule the installation, they must notify EcoFlow customer service via the official hotline or other designated methods at least one (1) day in advance. Failure to do so may result in an on-site visit fee of up to USD $500, which will be charged to the user.
B. Installation Conditions Assurance: The user shall ensure that their residence, existing distribution panel, and electrical load equipment meet the required installation conditions. If installation cannot proceed, or if additional costs arise due to issues with the home’s infrastructure or non-compliance, the user shall bear full responsibility for such circumstances and related expenses.
Disclaimer and Final Interpretation
A. Service Interruption: EcoFlow does not guarantee that the installation service will be free from interruptions, delays, or failures. EcoFlow shall NOT be held liable for any service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party actions, or circumstances attributable to the user.
B. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: Ecoflow and its affiliates shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the installation service, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or loss of profits, unless such damages result from Ecoflow's gross negligence or willful misconduct. In all cases, the total liability of Ecoflow and its affiliates shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the installation service.
C. Wall Damage: The drilling of holes or structural modifications made during the installation process are deemed standard and necessary procedures to complete the service. The installer shall not be liable for restoring or repairing any normal wall damage or alterations (such as drilling, mounting, or cutting) that occur as part of the installation.
D. Final Interpretation and Updates: EcoFlow reserves the right to the final interpretation of these Installation Terms and Conditions. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically, as EcoFlow may update or modify them at its sole discretion without prior notice.
9. 24-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale
A. EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM (PDT) to 11:59 PM (PDT) on July 12 2025, on the EcoCredits Prime Day Sale promotion page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/prime-day).
B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.
C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.
D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
10. 48-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

11. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
A. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.
B. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.
C. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.
D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for the identical product on us.ecoflow.com.
E. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.
12. Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered. D. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
E. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

13. Coupon Terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.
B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on https://us.ecoflow.com/.
D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
