Promotion Period
The EcoFlow RV Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on April 28, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on May 7, 2025.

Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. (Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.)who are 18 years or older as of Apr 28, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").

24H Limited-Time Flash Sale  

A. EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM PDT to 11:59 PM PDT on each of the following dates: April 29, May 2, and May 5, 2025, on the EcoFlow RV Sale campaign Sale promotion page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/rv-sale).   

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

Members' only Benefits  

A. 2X EcoCredits  During the Promotion Period, members who purchase web exclusive products (lnclude DELTA 2 Max+2*130W Solar Panel+800 Alternator Charger, DELTA 3 Plus+500W Alternator Charger+Free Bag, WAVE 3+WAVE 3 Battery+GLACIER 55L+GLACIER Battery, DELTA Pro Ultra+Smart Home Panel 2+400W Solar Panel) from us.ecoflow.com will receive 2X EcoCredits (only for web exclusive products). After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.  

B.48-H Limited-Time Member Flash Sale    

 i.48-hour flash sale will run from 12:00 AM PDT on April 30 to 11:59 PM PDT on May 1, 2025, and from 12:00 AM PDT on May 3 to 11:59 PM PDT on May 4, 2025, on the EcoFlow RV Sale campaign Member Sale promotion page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/rv-sale).    

 ii. Member Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.   

 iii. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.    

iv. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee  

A. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com During the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.  

B. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.  

C. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com.   

D. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

Coupon Terms  

A. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.  

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.  

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on www.ecoflow.us.com.  

D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.   

E. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.  

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Refer Your Friends  

A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.  

B.Referrers can get a 5% cash back on the referee's first purchase (through Referrers' referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.  

C. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.  

D. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.  

E.If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the EcoFlow Shipping Policy. EcoFlow Shipping Policy  

F. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.   

G. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

General Terms

A. If you encounter any issues during the Promotion period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, the Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policyfor more details.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

M.Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
