The EcoFlow ”More Backup. Total Protection“ promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on Sep 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Sep 21, 2025.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Sep 15, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

48-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale  

A. A 48-hour flash sale will run from 12:00 AM (PDT) Sep 16 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Sep 17, 12:00 AM (PDT) Sep 20 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Sep 21, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).   

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.  

D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

E.The promotional gifts offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.

F.Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

G.If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

EcoCredits Spin-to-Win

A.This Spin‑to‑Win activity is open to registered EcoFlow Points members with a valid account on us.ecoflow.com. Participants must have sufficient EcoCredits to participate, with 1,000 EcoCredits required for each spin, and each participant may spin up to two (2) times per day per email address.

B.Members can use their EcoCredits to spin the prize wheel during the Promotion Period. Once initiated, spins cannot be canceled or refunded. The EcoCredits used will not be returned regardless of the outcome.

C.All spin-to-win prizes are awarded randomly and are limited in quantity. During the Promotion Period (Sep 15–21, PDT), available prizes include:

i. TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh): Valued at $249.99 USD.

ii. RAPID Pro (27,650mAh): Valued at $219.99 USD.

Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this promotion.

D.All physical prizes are subject to stock availability and are limited to the quantities listed in Clause c. Once the total number of prize claims exceeds the limits specified, a 5% off coupon code will be issued as a replacement. Coupon rewards are subject to separate coupon terms and conditions (see Coupon Terms). EcoFlow reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

E.Physical prizes will be placed in the winner's account in the form of a coupon. After applying the coupon, the member can purchase the product at a price of USD 0. Ensure your account information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.

F.Prizes (including coupons and EcoCredits) are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.Prize Redemption Period:Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize.Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification.

G.Each spin is considered final. EcoFlow is not responsible for any network issues, system errors, or other technical problems that affect participation. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the activity will result in disqualification. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the activity at any time, as permitted by law. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and EcoFlow’s final interpretation of the activity.

30% Tax Rebate Qualification

A.You could apply for the 26 USC 25D: Residential clean energy credit for qualified solar electric property costs. The Residential Clean Energy Credit equals 30% of the costs of new, qualified clean energy property for your home installed anytime from 2022 through 2032. The credit percentage rate phases down to 26 percent for property placed in service in 2033 and 22 percent for property placed in service in 2034.

B.Qualified expenses including: Solar electric panels and Battery storage technology (beginning in 2023). Battery storage technology must have a capacity of at least 3 kilowatt hours. Note: only valid for EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra, EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3, EcoFlow DELTA Pro, and EcoFlow Solar Panels. Accessories such as the Smart Home Panel 2 and Smart Generator are not eligible.

C.You may be able to take credit if you made energy saving improvements for your home located in the United States. The home doesn't have to be your main home. Existing homes and new constructions qualify. Solar power for batteries energy is a must. Rentals do not qualify. Must be grid-tied. No costs relating to a solar panel or other property installed as a roof (or portion thereof) will fail to qualify solely because the property constitutes a structural component of the structure on which it is installed. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

A.Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between Sep 15 and Sep 21, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

B.If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

C.For orders that include a free gift, the price cannot be matched to the same item(s) without the gift. Any price difference will be calculated after deducting the value of the gift, based on its sale price on us.ecoflow.com during this Promotion Period.

D.This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com.

E.This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

Coupon Terms

A.During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order.Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, gift card offers, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.

B.To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

C.Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

D.Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

E.Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

F.If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Membership Benefits

A.Earn EcoCredits for Registration and Log in

B.EcoCredits offset    

During the Promotion Period, members may utilize their existing EcoCredits as a cash offset during checkout. Each 20 EcoCredits equates to a $1 discount, with a maximum offset limit of 5% of the order value. This offer cannot be combined with any other coupons. The cash-offset feature is not applicable to the following items: flash sale items, the mechanism of full discount and free gift, app-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, and recommended accessories. If an order is fully refunded, the EcoCredits used will be returned to your account. The used EcoCredits will not be returned if the order is partially refunded. Multiple EcoCredits

During the Promotion Period, members who purchase from us.ecoflow.com will receive 2× EcoCredits, while Plus Members will earn 3× EcoCredits. The number of EcoCredits awarded will be calculated on the actual transaction amount paid by the member (i.e. the member price after applying for any discounts).

After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

Limited-time Member Prices

Some products enjoy member prices from Sep 15 to Sep 21, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.

Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

The products participating in the event cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift.

Refer Your Friends

A.When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.

B.Referrers can get a 5% cash back on the referee's first purchase (through Referrers' referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.

C.The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

D.The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

E.If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the Return & Refund policy.

F.The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

G.If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

General Terms

B.Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, the Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

C.EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D.Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E.During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.    

This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F.Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G.Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

G.EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

K.Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

L.There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

M.Ecoflow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

N.Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

O.We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
