Promotional Period

The EcoFlow Storm-Ready Home Backup Power Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on Aug 4, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Aug 17 2025.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Aug 1, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

EcoCredits Spin-to-Win

1. This Spin‑to‑Win activity is open to registered EcoFlow Points members with a valid account on us.ecoflow.com. Participants must have sufficient EcoCredits to participate, with 500 EcoCredits required for each spin, and each participant may spin up to two (2) times per day per email address.

2. Members can use their EcoCredits to spin the prize wheel during the Promotion Period. Once initiated, spins cannot be canceled or refunded. The EcoCredits used will not be returned regardless of the outcome.

3. All spin-to-win prizes are awarded randomly and are limited in quantity. During the Promotion Period (August 4–17, PDT), available prizes include:    

a. TRAIL 300: 1 unit, valued at $249.99, with a winning probability of 0.01%.

b. RIVER 2 Pro: 1 unit, valued at $599, with a winning probability of 0.01%.

c. $200 Off Coupon: 100 units, with a winning probability of 0.98%; valid for orders over $2,000. Not applicable to flash sale items, recommended accessories, power kits, gift cards, app-only items, or members-only products.

d. 65W Charger: 20 units, valued at $58.99, with a winning probability of 0.2%.

e. 20% Off Panel Coupon: 100 units, with a winning probability of 0.98%; valid for use on rigid solar panels only.

f. 5% Off Coupon: 10,000 units, with a winning probability of 97.83%; not applicable to flash sale items, recommended accessories, power kits, gift cards, app-only items, or members-only products.

Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this promotion.

4. All physical prizes are subject to stock availability and are limited to the quantities listed in Clause c. Once the total number of prize claims exceeds the limits specified, a 5% off coupon code will be issued as a replacement. Coupon rewards are subject to separate coupon terms and conditions (see Coupon Terms). EcoFlow reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

5. Physical prizes will be placed in the winner's account in the form of a coupon. After applying the coupon, the member can purchase the product at a price of USD 0. Ensure your account information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues. Prizes (including coupons and EcoCredits) are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Prize Redemption Period:

a. Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize.

b. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification.

7. Each spin is considered final. EcoFlow is not responsible for any network issues, system errors, or other technical problems that affect participation. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the activity will result in disqualification. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the activity at any time, as permitted by law. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and EcoFlow’s final interpretation of the activity.

Gift Card Program

1. During the Promotion Period (August 4–17, PDT), Customers in the United States may purchase EcoFlow Gift Cards with value-added benefits as set forth below, subject to stated quantity limits:  

a. A purchase of a Gift Card in the amount of USD 1,000 will result in the issuance of a Gift Card with a stored value of USD 1,050 (limit: 1,000 units).  

Even if the allotted Gift Cards are not sold out, the gift cards will end up being sold, and no price guarantee service will be provided.

2. This Gift Card is valid for 5 years, can only be purchased during the Promotion Period, and can only be redeemed on the EcoFlow official website (us.ecoflow.com).

3. Limited to one Gift Card per customer. When you purchase more than one Gift Card, the system will only issue one Gift Card discount. Please do not purchase more than one Gift Card.

4. Customers need to purchase the Gift Card before they can use it to spend, and the amount of the purchased Gift Card is not involved in any full discount or gift promotion.

5. Refund conditions:

a. If you purchased a Gift Card and did not use it, please contact our After Sales service team at support@ecoflow.com for a refund. Refunds will only be accepted and processed within the validity period of the Gift Card.

b. If a Gift Card has already successfully applied to an order, we will not be able to offer a refund.

6. Gift Cards are available for all products, excluding flash sale products and gift cards. All coupon codes can't be applied to Gift Cards.

7. EcoFlow reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Gift Card Value‑Added Program at any time as permitted by applicable law.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

1. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between Aug 1 and Aug 31, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

2. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

3. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com.

4. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

Coupon Terms

1. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, gift card offers, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.

2. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

3. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

4. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

5. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

6. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Membership Benefits

1. Earn EcoCredits for Registration and Login & First/Repeat Purchases    

During the Promotion Period (August 1–3, PDT), the following offers will be available:

a. Users who register and log in for the first time will receive 800 EcoCredits.

b. EcoCredits may be used to participate in points‑based activities or to redeem designated products.

General Terms

1. If you encounter any issues during the Promotion period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

2. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, the Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

3. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

4. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

5. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.    This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

6. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

9. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

10. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

11. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

12. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

13. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

14. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
