Early Bird Benefits  

From Nov 3 to Nov 30, 2025 PST, you will get the following benefits:

a. Benefit for Pre-order Customers: Customers who purchased $500 deposit from Oct 13 to Nov 2, 2025 PST will get $1000 off when completing the balance payment from Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST.  

* Each deposit entitles the customer to a one-time $1,000 discount, which is valid only when completing the balance payment between Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST, claim the discount by signing up with same account you use to pay the deposit.  

* The $1,000 discount will be automatically applied at checkout, if a customer does not complete the balance payment by Nov 30, 2025 (PST), the $500 deposit will be automatically refunded to the original payment account after this date.

b. Up to $800 Installation Subsidy: From Nov 3 to Nov 30, 2025 PST, customers will get up to $800 Installation Subsidy. Specifically, the subsidy amount is $800 for the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 3 installation and $300 for the EcoFlow Smart Gateway (200A) installation. Customers will automatically get this subsidy with auto code at checkout.  

* The auto code is for one-time use only, is unstackable with other discounts and valid only from Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST. $800-off auto code is valid only for Installation fee for EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 3 and $300-off auto code is valid only for Installation fee for EcoFlow Smart Gateway (200A). 2) Customers can pay $2,299 more to upgrade to an EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra X Smart Extra Battery (valued $3,299), available in limited quantities from Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST.  

3) Customers can pay $998 more to upgrade to 2 x EcoFlow 400W Solar Panel (valued $2,399), available in limited quantities from Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST.

d. Upgraded Financing Option  

From Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST, orders with Delta Pro Ultra X Series will get a 12-month interest-free financing at 0% APR when you pay with Affirm. Eligibility for this service is subject to Affirm's credit evaluation.

General Terms

a. *Note: The EcoFlow “7-day installation” refers to the estimated period, within regular business days, after the customer’s order is confirmed and all installation conditions are met. This commitment applies only to major cities and metropolitan areas within each U.S. state, and excludes rural areas, mountainous regions, islands, or other remote locations. Delays caused by the following are not covered under the “7-day installation”: logistics and transportation, customer’s failure to confirm, respond, or stay in contact within a reasonable time, customer’s rescheduling, complex site conditions or non-compliant installation requirements, legal or regulatory restrictions, extreme weather, or force majeure. EcoFlow assumes no liability for delays resulting from these or any other circumstances beyond its control.

b. The Campaign is open to all users on us.ecoflow.com who are US citizens or residents and (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age before Nov 3, 2025 PST to form a binding contract with EcoFlow.

d. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

e. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

f. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

g. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

h. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

i. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

j. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

k. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

l. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

m. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

n. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

o. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

p. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
