Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Dec, 1, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

Member points redeemable for cash up to 5% off

Multiple EcoCredits

1. When purchasing products during the EcoCredits Monthly Madness, you can enjoy 2x EcoCredits for the Members, 3x EcoCredits for the PLUS Members (excluding Flash Sale products and Recommended Products).

2. You must log into your EcoCredits account first and ensure it's the same email as the one you placed an order with. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for a free account here.

3. Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the EcoCredits you received from that purchase. EcoCredits would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.

1. EcoFlow will release Flash Sale items during EcoCredits Monthly Madness from Nov 27, 2025, 12 AM (PST) to Nov 28, 2025, 11:59 PM (PST), from Nov 29, 2025, 12 AM (PST) to Nov 29, 2025, 11:59 PM (PST), from Nov 30, 2025, 12 AM (PST) to Dec 1, 2025, 11:59 PM (PST), on the Promotion Period page.

2. You must log in to unlock Flash Sale deals.

3. Flash Sale products are only available for 24/48 hours in limited quantities. If the Flash Sale products are not sold out within 24/48 hours during the Flash Sale period, the Flash Sale will end, and no price guarantee service will be provided.
a. Each person is limited to one EcoCredits Flash Sale purchase.
b. Coupon codes can not be applied to any Flash Sale products.
c. The EcoCredits earned during the EcoCredits Flash Sale will be added to the purchasing customers' account by 11:59 PM, Dec 1.

Redeeming EcoCredits Rewards

1. A limited number of EcoFlow merchandise will be available to purchase using EcoCredits during the sale.

Lucky Spin

1. The Member Week Lucky Spin event will begin on 27 November 2025 at 00:00:00 and conclude on 1 December 2025 at 23:59:59.

2. Eligibility of Participants : To participate in the EcoFlow Member Week Lucky Spin event, you must have an active EcoFlow member account, be at least 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States. EcoFlow reserves the right to terminate and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

3. Lucky Spin Mechanism：

a. Participation Frequency: During the campaign period, each participant may join the Lucky Spin up to 2 times per day. Prizes won will be automatically added to your member account under “My Benefits.”

b. Coupons: Coupons obtained from the Lucky Spin will expire on 31 December 2025.The 5% Off coupon is valid only for the U.S. Store. No minimum spend is required. Check-in Campaign

1. Campaign Period

The Check-in Campaign will be launched from 12:00 AM (PST) November 27, 2025 to 11:59PM (PST) December 1, 2025. Participants can log in to the EcoCredits page and complete daiily check-ins to earn EcoCredits.

2. Mechanics

a. Daily Check-in: A participant may manually check in once peer calendar day (PST) on the EcoCredits page.

b. Daily Reward: Upon each successful daily check-in, the participant will receive 100 EcoCredits, which will be automatically deposited into the participant’s EcoCredits wallet within five (5) minutes.

i. EcoCredits earned from daily check-ins are subject to the EcoCredits Rewards Terms & Conditions.

30% Tax Credit

1. You could apply for the 26 USC 25D: Residential clean energy credit for qualified solar electric property costs. The Residential Clean Energy Credit equals 30% of the costs of new, qualified clean energy property for your home installed anytime from 2022 through 2032. The credit percentage rate phases down to 26 percent for property placed in service in 2033 and 22 percent for property placed in service in 2034.

2. Qualified expenses including: Solar electric panels and Battery storage technology (beginning in 2023). Battery storage technology must have a capacity of at least 3 kilowatt hours. Note: only valid for EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra, EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3, EcoFlow DELTA Pro, and EcoFlow Solar Panels. Accessories such as the Smart Home Panel 2 and Smart Generator are not eligible.

3. You may be able to take credit if you made energy saving improvements for your home located in the United States. The home doesn't have to be your main home. Existing homes and new constructions qualify. Solar power for batteries energy is a must. Rentals do not qualify. Must be grid-tied. No costs relating to a solar panel or other property installed as a roof (or portion thereof) will fail to qualify solely because the property constitutes a structural component of the structure on which it is installed.
