Installation Process Overview

1. Online Booking

Submit the online reservation form. Our support team will contact you within two business days.

2. Installation Planning

At least two business days before installation, provide details of your installation environment. Confirm tools, materials, and stable internet connection.

3. Remote Site Review
(If Required)

Join a secure video session with our official installation support team to review and confirm the installation environment.

4.Live Installation Guidance

At the agreed time, receive real-time, step-by-step live support to complete the installation according to the plan.

5.Setup & Use

With guidance, configure your product and begin using your system immediately.

Service Duration: The maximum duration for this service is up to 7 hours and cannot extend across multiple days. If the actual installation time exceeds one day, we may adopt alternative support arrangements.
