The Ecoflow Backup Power Deals (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 3, 2026.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of January 1, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity.Employees of Ecoflow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.

Subscription Spin-to-Win Activity Terms

A. Eligibility: This Subscription Spin-to-Win Activity is open to users who have completed the official designated subscription of EcoFlow (e.g., official email list, member subscription service) and hold a valid account on us.ecoflow.com. Users must maintain a valid subscription status; cancellation of the subscription will result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the activity and claim prizes.

B. Participation Method

a. Participation Requirement: After users complete the designated subscription process and pass system verification, they will receive one free spin of the prize wheel. Whether additional spins can be obtained through other methods during the activity period shall be subject to the real-time prompts on the activity page. b. Operation Rules: Each individual, valid account, and subscribed email may only participate in one basic spin (additional spins excluded). Only the first prize won will be counted. Participation via multiple accounts or email addresses will result in disqualification. Once a spin is initiated, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn, and the system will display the winning result in real time.

C. Activity Period: All prizes for the spin-to-win activity are distributed randomly and subject to quantity limitations. The promotion is valid from November 12 to December 7 (PST).

D. Prize Pool SettingsThe quantity and details of prizes in the activity prize pool are as follows. All prizes are randomly selected, and the winning probability is dynamically adjusted based on prize inventory and the number of participants. Specific details shall be subject to the system display when participating in the activity:

a. 28W Ultra-Light Solar Panel (Direct Device Charging): 1 unit, valued at $119 USD, physical prize.

b. 220W Solar Panel: 1 unit, valued at $279 USD, physical prize.

c. $100 E-Gift Card: 30 card, face value of $100 USD, no minimum order value requirement (except for some special offerings：Flash Sale items, recommended accessories, member-only products, App-exclusive items)

d. $200 E-Gift Card: 10 card, face value of $200 USD, no minimum order value requirement (except for some special offerings：Flash Sale items, recommended accessories, member-only products, App-exclusive items)

e. $200 OFF Coupon: minimum order value requirement of $3,000 USD, cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.

f. $300 OFF Coupon: minimum order value requirement of $5,000 USD, cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this promotion.

E. Activity Rules

Prize Distribution: Physical Prizes (28W Ultra-Light Solar Panel, 220W Solar Panel): After winning, the users will receive a coupon code in their email. Users must redeem the prize by placing an order at the price of $0 using the coupon within its validity period—the coupon expires on Feburary 28, 2025. Otherwise, it will be deemed invalid. Please ensure that the delivery address, contact information, and other account details are complete and accurate to ensure smooth delivery. Gift Cards: After winning, the users will receive a gift card code in their email. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and no change will be given. Discount Coupons: After winning, the users will receive a coupon code in their email. The coupon expires on March 31, 2025. The validity period and applicable scope are subject to the instructions on the coupon. Unused coupons will expire automatically after the validity period.

G. Eligibility Verification: The system will conduct real-time verification of the participant's subscription status. If a user is found to have violated the rules, such as canceling the subscription, fake subscription, or malicious registration, their winning eligibility will be revoked, and the prizes already issued will be recovered.

H. Prize Restrictions: All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No installation service is provided for physical prizes, and after-sales service follows EcoFlow's official standards. Gift cards and coupons are not eligible for concurrent use on a single order. Whether they apply to special products (such as flash sale products, recommended accessories, etc.) shall be subject to the product details page.

I. Prize Substitution: If the inventory of physical prizes in the prize pool is insufficient, EcoFlow reserves the right to replace them with products of equal or higher value without prior notice. If gift cards or discount coupons cannot be issued due to system reasons, equivalent prizes will be provided as a substitute.

J. Result Explanation: Each spin result is randomly generated by the system and cannot be modified once confirmed. If a spin fails due to technical issues such as network delay or equipment failure, users can try again after the issue is resolved, and no additional participation opportunities will be deducted.

K. Final Terms: To the extent permitted by law, EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this activity and holds the final interpretation right of the activity rules. Participation in this activity indicates that the user agrees to abide by these terms and other activity-related regulations issued by EcoFlow officially.

Coupon Terms

A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits, and recommended accessories. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time (January 1, 2026 – January 31, 2026, PST) and while supplies last.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

G.Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

Coupon Codes

A. During the EcoFlow Backup Power Deals period as defined above, coupon codes may be applied to all products except Flash Sale items, recommended accessories, Power Kits, gift cards, app-only selections, the DELTA Pro Ultra X Series, and the DELTA Pro Series. For the RAPID Series, coupon discounts are limited to 5%.
B. Only one coupon code can be applied to an order, and such benefit cannot be used with the Extra Discount as defined above.
C. Customers can choose between purchase-related discounts, other available discounts, or any other benefits they prefer to use. However, when another benefit is entered on the checkout page, the purchase related discounts will be deactivated or no longer apply.

Refer Your Friends

A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

B. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.

C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. D. E. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

General Terms

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
