Payment Policy

Currently, ecoflow.com supports 8 payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Klarna, Splitit, Sezzle, and EcoFlow Gift Card. Available payment methods may vary depending on your order and eligibility and will be displayed at checkout.

Currently, ecoflow.com supports 7 payment methods: Shop Pay,  Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Affirm, Credit Card Installments, Sezzle and Klarna.  The detailed processes are as follows: 

1. SHOP PAY

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card, or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. 

1. Log in to your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2. Enter your card details then click ''Submit''
3. Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.

1. Credit Card/Debit Card

You can pay directly with an accepted credit or debit card at checkout. We accept Visa, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and UnionPay.

1. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV at checkout.
2. Enter your billing address and click Complete order.
3. Your payment will be processed securely and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Availability of particular cards or digital wallets may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

2. Paypal

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card, or bank account to PayPal to purchase. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

1. Log in to your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2. Enter your card details then click ''Submit''.
3. Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.

Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal's applicable terms and conditions.

3. Shop Pay Installments

Eligible customers may have the option to pay over time through Shop Pay Installments.

1. Select Shop Pay at checkout and choose the installments option if offered.
2. Complete Affirm's eligibility check.
3. Select your preferred payment plan and confirm your purchase.

Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers: affirm.com/licenses.

4. Affirm

Affirm is a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service. After selecting Affirm at checkout, you will be redirected to Affirm's website to complete your application and confirm your payment plan. Financing is subject to eligibility and credit approval. Installment terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules vary based on your credit assessment. 5. Klarna

Klarna offers flexible payment options including pay later and installment plans. After selecting Klarna at checkout, you will be redirected to Klarna's website to log in or create an account and choose your preferred payment option. Available plans and applicable rates vary based on your purchase amount and credit assessment. Available payment options are subject to eligibility and approval by Klarna. Splitit allows you to split your purchase into monthly installments using your existing credit card — no application required. After selecting Splitit at checkout, you will be redirected to Splitit Pay - Credit Card Installments to complete your purchase. The number of installments available depends on your purchase amount and available credit card limit. Your card issuer's standard terms apply. 7. Sezzle

Sezzle is a Buy Now Pay Later service that splits your purchase into installment payments. After selecting Sezzle at checkout, you will be redirected to Buy Now, Pay Later with Sezzle to complete your purchase. Installment terms and eligibility vary. 8. EcoFlow Gift Card

Gift Cards obtained through trade-in cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

For purchased Gift Cards, refunds are available if they remain unused. Additionally, you may request a refund for the remaining balance, which will be calculated based on the original payment ratio at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and can be used indefinitely.

Unactivated Gift Cards can be transferred to others as a gift.

Gift Cards can be combined with other payment methods. If the Gift Card balance is insufficient, the remaining amount can be covered using an alternative payment method.

General Payment Terms

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, order amount, products purchased, and eligibility. The payment methods available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

All payments are subject to authorization and verification by the applicable payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution. EcoFlow reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized or verified, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

Submission of payment information or payment authorization does not constitute EcoFlow's acceptance of your order. Please refer to our Terms of Use for additional terms regarding order acceptance and cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. For purchases made using an installment or BNPL service, refunds are also subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and processing procedures. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes and other charges, if any, will be calculated based on your order and shipping destination and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Note: We don't accept any other payment methods which are not listed.
