1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Outdoor Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on April 30, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT May 5, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of April 30, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity. Employees of EcoFlow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.
3. Coupon Terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Saleitems, Recommended accessories, Power Kits, Gift cards, APP-only selections, the DELTA Pro Series, the DELTA Pro 3 Smart Extra Battery, the DELTA 3 Max Portable Power Station (2048Wh) and the DELTA 3 1000 Air(10ms UPS) Portable Power Station. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time and while supplies last.
B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout Customers can choose to apply acoupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longerapply when another discount is applied at checkout. Coupons may not be combined with any other offersor discounts.
C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.EcoFlow.com.
D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot becancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation subject to applicable law.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
M. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
N. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
