Promotional Period

The EcoFlow Labor Day promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on Aug 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Sep 7, 2025.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Aug 1, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

1. Limited-Time Flash Sale

a. EcoFlow will offer 48 hours flash sale items from 12:00 AM (PDT) on Aug 25 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Aug 26, 2025 on the Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/labor-day-sale).

Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours during the following periods: Aug 18–Aug 19, Aug 21–Aug 22, and Aug 25–Aug 26, 2025. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

b. EcoFlow will offer 4 days flash sale items from 12:00 AM (PDT) on Aug 28 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Aug 31, 2025 on the same Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/labor-day-sale).

Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 4 days during the following periods: Aug 28–Aug 31, 2025. Sales stop when the items are sold out, and if items remain unsold after 4 days, the sale ends, and no price-match guarantee will be offered.

c. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

2. Free Gift Offer

a. During the Promotion Period (August 25–31, PDT), customers will receive a free gift based on their order value:

i. Spend $1,000 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank (5000mAh), (valued at $89.99 USD).

ii. Spend $3,000 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow NextGen 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel, (valued at $329 USD).

iii. Spend $5,000 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow 400W Portable Solar Panel, (valued at $749 USD).

iv. This promotion does not apply to flash sale items, recommended accessories, Power Kits, gift cards, app-only products, or member-priced items.

Customers whose orders meet the $3,000 threshold will also automatically receive an exclusive 5% off discount code via email, valid for the upcoming 3C Series launch. Please note: This code cannot be used in combination with any other promotional codes, for more information, refer to the Coupon Terms.

b. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.

i. Only one promotional gift is allowed per order, per customer, and per address during the Promotion Period. Cannot combine with low-tier gift.

ii. If you place more than one order with us during the Promotion Period, you will only receive the gift for your first order, unless otherwise stated.

iii. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.

c. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-upgradable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

d. Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the Ecoflow online store at, us.ecoflow.com.

e. The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.

f. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com).

g. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. EcoCredits Spin-to-Win

a. his Spin‑to‑Win activity is open to registered EcoFlow Points members with a valid account on us.ecoflow.com. During the Promotion Period (August 25–31, PDT), participants must have sufficient EcoCredits to participate, with 500 EcoCredits required for each spin, and each participant may spin up to two (2) times per day per email address.

b. Members can use their EcoCredits to spin the prize wheel during the Promotion Period. Once initiated, spins cannot be canceled or refunded. The EcoCredits used will not be returned regardless of the outcome.

c. All spin-to-win prizes are awarded randomly and are limited in quantity. During the Promotion Period (August 25–31, PDT), available prizes include:

i. RIVER 2: 1 unit, valued at $239 USD, with a winning probability of 0.01%.

ii. $200 Off Coupon: 100 units, with a winning probability of 0.89%; valid for orders over $2,000. Not applicable to flash sale items, recommended accessories, power kits, gift cards, or app-only items.

iii. Rapid 5000: 5 units, valued at $69.99 USD, with a winning probability of 0.04%.

iv. 20% Off Panel Coupon: 100 units, with a winning probability of 0.89%; valid for use on solar panels only.

v. 5% Off Coupon: 10,000 units, with a winning probability of 89.24%; not applicable to flash sale items, recommended accessories, power kits, gift cards, app-only items, or members-only products.

vi. 500 EcoCredits: 1000 units, with a winning probability of 8.92%Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this promotion.

d. All physical prizes are subject to stock availability and are limited to the quantities listed in Clause c. Once the total number of prize claims exceeds the limits specified, a 5% off coupon code will be issued as a replacement. Coupon rewards are subject to separate coupon terms and conditions (see Coupon Terms). EcoFlow reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

e. Physical prizes will be placed in the winner's account in the form of a coupon. After applying the coupon, the member can purchase the product at a price of USD 0. Ensure your account information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues. Prizes (including coupons and EcoCredits) are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

f. Prize Redemption Period:

i. Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize.

ii. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification.

g. Each spin is considered final. EcoFlow is not responsible for any network issues, system errors, or other technical problems that affect participation. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the activity will result in disqualification. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the activity at any time, as permitted by law. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and EcoFlow’s final interpretation of the activity.

4. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

a. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between Aug 25 and Aug 31, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

b. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

c. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com.

d. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

5. Coupon Terms

a. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, gift card offers, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.

b. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

c. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

d. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

e. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

f. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

6. Membership Benefits

a. Multiple EcoCreditsa.

i. During the Promotion Period (August 25–31, PDT), members who purchase from us.ecoflow.com will receive 3× EcoCredits, while Plus Members will earn 3.5× EcoCredits. After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.

ii. The number of EcoCredits awarded will be calculated on the actual transaction amount paid by the member (i.e. the member price after applying for any discounts). However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

iii. Members may redeem their existing EcoCredits for up to 5% off the order total (EcoCredits redemption cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift). For more details, please refer to the EcoCredits Rules on the official website https://www.ecoflow.com/us/ecocredits.

b. Limited-time Member Pricesa.

i.Some products enjoy member prices from Aug 25 to Aug 31, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.

ii. Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

iii. The products participating in the event cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift.

7. Refer Your Friends

1. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.

2. Referrers can get a 5% cash back on the referee's first purchase (through Referrers' referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.

3. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

4. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

5. If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the EcoFlow Shipping Policy.

6. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

7. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

8. General Terms

1. If you encounter any issues during the Promotion period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

2. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, the Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

3. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

4. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

5. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.    This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

6. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

9. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

10. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

11. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

12. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

13. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

14. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
