Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Jan 29, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
Multiple EcoCredits
1. When purchasing products during the EcoCredits Monthly Madness, you can enjoy 2x EcoCredits for the Members, 3x EcoCredits for the PLUS Members (excluding Flash Sale products and Recommended Products).
2. You must log into your EcoCredits account first and ensure it's the same email as the one you placed an order with. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for a free account here.
3. Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the EcoCredits you received from that purchase. EcoCredits would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.
Exclusive Flash Sale
1. EcoFlow EcoCredits Flash Sale will start at 9:00 AM (PST) on January 29, 2026, with subsequent flash sale beginning at 9:00 AM on February 1.
2. EcoFlow will release Flash Sale items during EcoCredits Monthly Madness from Jan 29, 2026, 12 AM (PST) to Feb 1, 2026, 11:59 PM (PST).

4. Flash Sale products are only available in limited quantities. If the Flash Sale products are not sold out within 24/48 hours during the Flash Sale period, the Flash Sale will end, and no price guarantee service will be provided.

Check-in Campaign
1. Eligibility

2. Campaign Details:
The Check-in Campaign will be launched on the EcoCredits Page. Participants can log in to the EcoCredits page and complete daily check-ins to earn EcoCredits.
3. Points Rewards:
Daily Check-in Reward: Participants will receive 50 EcoCredits for each successful check-in, which will be automatically deposited into the participant’s EcoCredits wallet within five (5) minutes.
i. EcoCredits earned from daily check-ins are subject to the EcoCredits Rewards Terms & Conditions.

4. Limitations on Additional Check-in Opportunities:
Each participant is eligible for only one make-up check-in opportunity within any 24-hour period.
During the promotional period from January 1 through January 8, participants may redeem a maximum of two additional check-in opportunities.
5. EcoCredits Validity:
EcoCredits earned through check-ins will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
6. EcoCredits Redemption:
EcoCredits may be redeemed for discount coupons. For full details regarding redemption rules, please refer to the terms & conditions available on the EcoCredits page.
Redeeming EcoCredits Rewards
1. A limited number of EcoFlow merchandise will be available to purchase using EcoCredits during the sale.
2. All rewards, including coupons and physical items, are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and non-refundable.
3. Specific rules for collection and usage apply. Please refer to the guidelines detailed on the coupon or gift page.
4. Rewards cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after redeeming EcoCredits.
Accessory Discount for the "Get 2+ items for 10% off instantly" Section
1. Customers who purchase two (2) eligible accessories (in "Get 2+ items for 10% off instantly" section) in a single order will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on the subtotal of the eligible accessories only. Other items in the order that are not part of this section will not be included in the calculation of this discount.
2. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or coupons.
3. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Refund Calculation Rules:
a. If 2+ items remain after return
- The remaining items will keep the 10% discount.
- Refund amount = the discounted price of the returned item (i.e., original price × 90%).
b. If fewer than 2 items remain after return
- The remaining items will revert to their original price (the 10% discount will be revoked).
- Refund amount = the discounted price of the returned item minus the discount difference of the remaining items (i.e., original price of remaining items × 10%).
c. Additional Recommendation Details
- Be sure to clearly inform customers: If the discount threshold is no longer met after return, the system will automatically adjust the payment amount for the remaining items, and the overpaid portion will be deducted from the refund.
- If the customer returns all items, a full refund will be issued based on the total discounted price of all items.
Bulk Discount for the "Buy in Bulk & Save in Bulk" Section
1. Customers who purchase multiple units of the same eligible item (in "Buy in Bulk & Save in Bulk" section) in a single order will receive tiered discounts based on the quantity of this specific eligible item: get 7% off the subtotal of this item when you buy 5 or more units; get 9% off when you buy 11 or more units; and get 10% off when you buy 20 or more units, Note that this discount only applies to the subtotal of the specific eligible item (purchased in multiple units) — other items (including different eligible products) in the order will not be included in the discount calculation.

4. Refund Policy for Partial Returns (Buy in Bulk & Save in Bulk Section) :
The core principle for partial return refund calculation is: re-determine the applicable tiered discount based on the remaining quantity of the same eligible item after return, then adjust the price accordingly and settle the refund.
a. If the remaining quantity still meets the original discount tier
◦ The remaining items will continue to enjoy the original tiered discount.
◦ Refund amount = Discounted unit price of the returned item × Quantity of returned items (Discounted unit price = Original unit price × (1 - Original discount rate)).
b. If the remaining quantity falls into a lower discount tier
◦ The remaining items will be re-priced at the new lower discount tier.
◦ Refund amount = (Original discounted unit price of returned items × Quantity of returned items) - (Original discounted total price of remaining items - New discounted total price of remaining items).
c. If the remaining quantity fails to meet any discount tier (＜5 units)
◦ The remaining items will be re-priced at the original unit price (no discount applied).
◦ Refund amount = (Original discounted unit price of returned items × Quantity of returned items) - (Original discounted total price of remaining items - Original total price of remaining items).
d. If all items are returned
◦ A full refund will be issued based on the total discounted price of the eligible item.
Note: This tiered discount applies only to multiple units of the same eligible item. Other items in the order are not included in the discount calculation or refund adjustment for this offer.
Buy 3, Get the Cheapest Item Free
1. Promotion is valid from January 12 to February 1.
2. Offer applies to select products only. Customer must add three (3) eligible items to cart to qualify. The lowest-priced eligible item will be automatically discounted at checkout.
3. Returns & Refunds:
a. For orders placed under this promotion, all three (3) eligible items must be returned together to receive a full refund.
b. If the free promotional item is returned, no refund will be issued.
If one or more non-promotional items are returned, the refund will be calculated based on the amount paid by the customer minus the total original (non-discounted) retail price of all items retained by the customer.
c. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

General
1. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.

Participants further agree to release and discharge any third party related to or connected with this campaign from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity arising out of, or in any way connected to, this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
3. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold EcoFlow and the EcoFlow Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from this campaign or related to it in any way.
4. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who use or have used improper means to participate in this campaign without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
5. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this campaign, with any changes, adjustments, or terminations being announced on the online sales platform.
