1. Promotional Period
The DELTA Pro Series Member Benefit Pack promotion (hereinafter referred to as the ''Promotion'') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on July 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 26, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the ''Promotion Period'') The Member Benefit Pack benefits may be redeemed from July 27, 2026 through August 24, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the ''Redemption Period").
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental United States. who are 18 years or older as of July 23, 2026, PDT (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). The Promotion is not available in Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Customers must be logged into their EcoFlow member account to purchase the Benefit Pack and redeem its benefits.
By purchasing the Member Benefit Pack, customers agree to enroll in the EcoFlow Membership Program (if not already enrolled) and accept the applicable EcoFlow Membership Terms.
Where applicable, customers also consent to receive EcoFlow promotional emails in accordance with EcoFlow's Privacy Policy. Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email.
3. DELTA Pro Series Member Benefit Pack
A. Availability
i. During the Promotion Period, a limited quantity of 100 will be available for purchase on us.ecoflow.com, while supplies last.
ii. Each customer may purchase one (1) Member Benefit Pack only.
B. Benefit Pack Contents
Each Member Benefit Pack includes:
i. 1,000 EcoCredits
ii. One (1) 6% OFF coupon valid for eligible DELTA Pro and DELTA Pro 3 Series products.
iii. One (1) $200 OFF coupon valid for eligible DELTA Pro Ultra and DELTA Pro Ultra X Series products.
iv. One (1) FREE EcoFlow Power Hat Gift Coupon, redeemable with the purchase of an eligible DELTA Pro, DELTA Pro 3, DELTA Pro Ultra, or DELTA Pro Ultra X main unit.
C. EcoCredits Reward
i. The 1,000 EcoCredits are not issued immediately upon purchase of the Benefit Pack.
ii.EcoCredits will be manually credited after the customer's first qualifying order placed using any Benefit Pack coupon has been delivered.
iii. EcoCredits will be reviewed and issued periodically during the Redemption Period.
iv. Customers who do not complete a qualifying redemption before the Redemption Period ends will not receive the EcoCredits reward.
D. Coupon Terms
i. All Benefit Pack coupons are valid only during the Redemption Period.
ii. Each coupon may be redeemed once per customer.
iii. Only one (1) Benefit Pack coupon may be used per order.
iv. Benefit Pack coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotional code, or discount, unless expressly stated otherwise.
v. Benefit Pack coupons are exclusively available to the original purchaser of the Member Benefit Pack.
vi.Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
vii. Coupons are valid only on us.ecoflow.com.
E. Gift Coupon
i. The FREE EcoFlow Power Hat Gift Coupon is valid only when purchasing an eligible and qualifying main unit.
ii. One gift coupon may be redeemed per eligible order.
iii. The gift coupon has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
iv. If the qualifying main unit is returned, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.
4. Refund Policy
A. The Member Benefit Pack may be refunded only if none of its associated benefits have been redeemed or issued.
B. Once any Benefit Pack coupon has been redeemed or the EcoCredits reward has been issued, the Member Benefit Pack is no longer eligible for a refund.
C. If a refund is approved before any benefits are redeemed, all associated coupons and rewards will be automatically void.
D. If an order placed using any Benefit Pack coupon is returned or refunded, the return and refund will be handled in accordance with EcoFlow's applicable Return Policy. The Member Benefit Pack itself is not eligible for a refund solely as a result of the return or refund of a qualifying order.

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained, except as required by applicable law. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct, or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
K. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct, or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, as permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors, except as required by applicable law.
M. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any issues (including but not limited to eligibility determination, rule interpretation) arising from or in connection with the promotion.
N. All matters relating to this promotion and these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. You agree that any claim relating to this promotion will be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.
O. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
