- Home Backup Power Gift Crad is available to buy from Aug 1 till Aug 17.
- The total number of gift cards is limited to 200. Even if the allotted gift cards are not sold out, the gift cards will end up being sold, and no price guarantee service will be provided.
- Limited to one gift card per customer. When you purchase more than one gift card, the system will only issue one gift card discount. Please do not purchase more than one gift card.
- Customers need to purchase the gift card before they can use it to spend, and the amount of the purchased gift card is not involved in any full discount or gift promotion.
- This gift card is valid for 5 years, can only be purchased during the EcoFlow Home Backup Power Sale, and can only be used on the EcoFlow official website.
- Gift cards are available for all products, excluding flash sale products and gift cards.
- Gift cards are stackable.
- All coupon codes can't be applied to gift cards.

How to use a Gift Card:
1. Pay $1,000 and get a $1,200 gift card. After purchase, we will send you an email with a unique code. In order to receive a coupon code successfully, you must subscribe to the EcoFlow email list.
2. To do so, check the ✔ box for “Email me with news and offers” upon checkout.
3. Enter your Gift Card Code to purchase on the checkout page, the gift card will be invalid until the amount is consumed.
4. If your Gift Card Code email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
5. An email address can only receive one code. If you purchase another code using the same email address, you will receive the same code. To purchase another code, please use a different email address.
Refund conditions:
1. If you purchased a code and did not use it, please contact our After Sales service team at support@ecoflow.com for a refund.
2. If a gift card was already successfully applied to an order, we will not be able to offer a refund.
