  1. Comfirm your expenses paid during the period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2032 and eligibility for your purchase or installation of an energy conservation product.
  2. Retain your purchase receipts and installation records.
  3. Follow the IRS instructions and complete and file Form 5695 and Form 1040 with your tax return.
