Q: Can I charge the Extra Battery independently of a portable power station?
You can use a Smart Generator to charge an Extra Battery without a portable power station. For other charging methods, you need to connect your Smart Extra Battery to a portable power station unit first.
Q: How fast does a Smart Extra Battery charge?
The charging speed varies depending on your chosen charge method. The fastest way to charge is by utilizing DELTA Pro's MultiCharge feature to reach an input of up to 6500W. With that, you can top up both your DELTA Pro and the Extra Battery in under 2 hours. If your DELTA Pro is already charged, an Extra Battery needs around 2.7 hours to charge using a standard AC wall outlet.
Q: What makes the Smart Extra Battery "Smart"?
A Smart Extra Battery can be monitored and controlled using the EcoFlow app.
