- Promotional Period
The Ecoflow New Year Sale (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on January 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 15, 2026. - Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of January 4, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity. Employees of Ecoflow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion. - New Year Surprise Calendar
A. Eligibility
The New Year Surprise Calendar activity is open to all registered users of the platform who hold a valid account and comply with the platform’s general terms of use. Each participant may only join with one account, and any fraudulent activity such as duplicate registrations or malicious participation will result in disqualification.
B. Participation Method
After logging into the campaign page, users may check in once per calendar day for up to five (5) consecutive days. Rewards will be unlocked upon each valid check-in in accordance with the activity rules. Additional promotional benefits may be unlocked upon completing specified check-in milestones. One (1) make-up check-in opportunity is permitted during the campaign period and, once completed, will be considered a valid daily check-in.
C. Activity Period
The New Year Surprise Calendar promotion is valid during the official campaign period as announced. All rewards are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on participation volume and system capacity.
D. Reward Settings
The reward structure and distribution logic are predetermined by the system and may be adjusted based on inventory availability, system capacity, or operational requirements.
E. Activity Rules
i. Reward Distribution: Points are credited immediately after each valid check‑in and must be redeemed within 365 days of issuance, after which they will automatically expire. Accessory vouchers and discount codes must be redeemed before Jan 31 (PST) 23:59:59 unless otherwise stated on the voucher. Expired rewards cannot be reissued or extended.
ii. Eligibility Verification: The system will conduct real‑time verification of user accounts. If a user is found to have violated the rules, such as fraudulent check‑ins, duplicate accounts, or malicious registration, their eligibility will be revoked and rewards already issued will be recovered.
iii. Reward Restrictions: All rewards are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and non‑refundable. Vouchers and discount codes are not eligible for concurrent use on a single order. Whether they apply to special products (such as flash sale items, recommended accessories, member‑only products, app‑exclusive items, or designated series) shall be subject to the product details page. All rewards are promotional in nature and have no cash value.
iv. Result Explanation: Each check‑in result and reward issuance is generated by the system and cannot be modified once confirmed. If a check‑in fails due to technical issues such as network delay or equipment failure, users may try again after the issue is resolved, and no additional participation opportunities will be deducted.
v. Final Terms: To the extent permitted by law, the organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this activity and holds the final interpretation right of the activity rules. Participation in this activity indicates that the user agrees to abide by these terms and other activity‑related regulations officially issued. - Accessory Discount
a. Customers who purchase two (2) eligible accessories in a single order will receive 8% OFF.
b. This Offer excluding flash sale, recommended acc and app-only selections.
c. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or coupons.
d. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. - EcoCredits Spin-to-Win
A. This Spin‑to‑Win activity is open to registered EcoFlow Points members with a valid account on us.ecoflow.com. Participants must have sufficient EcoCredits to participate, with 500 EcoCredits required for each spin, and each participant may spin up to two (2) times per day per email address.
B. Members can use their EcoCredits to spin the prize wheel during the Promotion Period. Once initiated, spins cannot be canceled or refunded. The EcoCredits used will not be returned regardless of the outcome.
C. All spin-to-win prizes are awarded randomly and are limited in quantity. During the Promotion Period (January 4–15, PST), available prizes include:
i. TRAIL 300: 1 unit, valued at $648.99 USD, with a winning probability of 0.1%.
ii. 28W Portable Solar Panel: 1 unit, valued at $119.00 USD, physical prize, with a winning probability of 0.1%.
iii. Camping Light: 5 units, valued at $129.00 USD, with a winning probability of 0.5%.
iv. 5% Off Coupon: 10,000 units, with a winning probability of 83.3%; not applicable to flash sale items, recommended accessories, power kits, gift cards, app-only items, or members-only products.
v. $200 OFF Coupon: 200 units, with a winning probability of 8%, orders of $3,000 or more are eligible for $200 off.
vi. $20 OFF Coupon for Accessories: 200 units, with a winning probability of 8%, orders of $100 or more on accessories are eligible for $20 off.
Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this promotion. Use of coupons is subject to all provisions set forth in Section 8 (Coupon Terms).
D. All physical prizes are subject to stock availability and are limited to the quantities listed in Clause c. Once the total number of prize claims exceeds the limits specified, a 5% off coupon code will be issued as a replacement. Coupon rewards are subject to separate coupon terms and conditions (see Coupon Terms). EcoFlow reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
E. Physical prizes will be placed in the winner's account in the form of a coupon. After applying the coupon, the member can purchase the product at a price of USD 0. Ensure your account information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues. Prizes (including coupons and EcoCredits) are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
F. Prize Redemption Period:
Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize.Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification.
G. Each spin is considered final. EcoFlow is not responsible for any network issues, system errors, or other technical problems that affect participation. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the activity will result in disqualification. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the activity at any time, as permitted by law. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and EcoFlow’s final interpretation of the activity. - Membership Benefits

D. Limited-time Member Prices

ii. Limited-time members-only prices do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee. - Limited-Time Flash Sale on Selected Products
A. A limited-time flash sale on selected products will run from 12:00 AM PST on January 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 15, 2026 (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/new-year-sale).
B. Selected flash sale products are limited in quantity and available for the promotion period. Sales stop when the products are sold out. If selected products remain unsold after the promotion period, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.
C. Each participant can purchase up to two units of selected flash sale products during the promotion. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.
D. Selected flash sale products do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee. - Coupon Terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits, and recommended accessories. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time (January 4, 2026 – January 15, 2026, PST) and while supplies last.
B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.
D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

G.Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law. - Coupon Codes
A. During the EcoFlow New Year Sale period as defined above, coupon codes may be applied to all products except Flash Sale items, recommended accessories, Power Kits, gift cards, app-only selections, the DELTA Pro Ultra X Series, and the DELTA Pro Series. For the RAPID Series, coupon discounts are limited to 5%.
B. Only one coupon code can be applied to an order, and such benefit cannot be used with the Extra Discount as defined above.
C. Customers can choose between purchase-related discounts, other available discounts, or any other benefits they prefer to use. However, when another benefit is entered on the checkout page, the purchase related discounts will be deactivated or no longer apply. - Fast & Free Shipping A. Relationship to EcoFlow Shipping Policy

This promotion applies to orders placed on us.ecoflow.com during the promotional period. Eligibility for expedited shipping is determined by the shipping address zip code, warehouse coverage, inventory availability, and logistics capacity. C. Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)
For eligible orders, EcoFlow will offer a free expedited shipping upgrade for eligible orders, with the following estimated transit times: -One-Day Delivery (Estimated): Southern California, Northern California, Northern Georgia, New Jersey, Maryland, Southern Texas, Eastern Texas, and Florida.
- Two-Day Delivery (Estimated): California, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, South Carolina, New York, Connecticut, Texas, and Oklahoma. State eligibility is determined by ZIP Code at checkout, and One-Day applies where overlap exists. Delivery times are estimated in business days from the shipment date. “Business days” exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to order volume, inventory availability, warehouse allocation, carrier capacity, weather conditions, or other factors beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control. D. Free Shipping
Eligible orders under this promotion will not incur additional shipping charges. Carrier selection and shipping methods are determined solely by EcoFlow. Customers may not request or designate specific carriers or delivery services under this promotion.
G. Shipping Limitations
This promotion does not apply to:

I. Final Terms
EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms, the EcoFlow Shipping Policy, and all related policies. EcoFlow retains final interpretation rights. - 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
A. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee. B. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.
C. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.
D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for the identical product on us.ecoflow.com.
E. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale, or any paid membership club offers. - Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
B. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.
C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
E. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow. K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
