1. Promotion Period

The EcoFlow Hurricane Season promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on August 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Aug 24, 2026.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at the start of the Promotion Period(hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

3. Free Gift Offer

A. During the Promotion Period, customers who place a single order with a subtotal of $900 or more will receive one FREE 20W GaN Charger with 60W Cable (valued at $10.99).

B. Each qualifying order is eligible for one free gift only.

C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

D. The order value is based on the order subtotal (excluding shipping and handling fees) before taxes. However, where product prices are tax-inclusive, the order value will be based on the tax-inclusive subtotal.

E. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (us.EcoFlow.com).

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Add-On Purchase Offers

A. DELTA Series Add-On Savings

During the Promotion Period, customer whose qualifying order includes at least one (1) eligible DELTA series portable power station or bundle designated by EcoFlow may receive the following add-on savings on eligible extra batteries and/or solar panels purchased in the same order:

i. 3% off when purchasing one (1) eligible extra battery or one (1) solar panel as an add-on in the same order.

ii. 5% off all eligible add-on extra batteries and solar panels when two (2) or more eligible add-on products (extra batteries, solar panels, or a combination of both) are purchased in the same order.

B. Glacier Add-On Offer

During the Promotion Period, customers who place a single order with a subtotal of $1,000 or more (before taxes, shipping, and handling fees) may purchase eligible EcoFlow GLACIER products at the following promotional prices:

i. EcoFlow GLACIER 35L — $500

ii. EcoFlow GLACIER 45L — $520

iii. EcoFlow GLACIER 55L — $550

C. Add-On Offer General Terms

i. Eligible DELTA series products include eligible DELTA series portable power stations and bundles designated by EcoFlow on the Promotion Page

ii. DELTA Series Add-On Savings apply only when the eligible extra battery and/or solar panel is purchased in the same order as a qualifying DELTA series portable power station or bundle.

iii. DELTA Series Add-On Savings cannot be combined with Flash Sale products, coupons, and EcoCredits redemption, or other promotional discounts, unless expressly stated otherwise.

iv. Add-on discounts apply only to the eligible extra battery, solar panel, or GLACIER product, and do not apply to the qualifying DELTA series product unless expressly stated otherwise

v. The GLACIER Add-On Offer may be combined with other eligible promotions, including the Free Gift Offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

vi. Limit thirty (30) eligible GLACIER add-on products per qualifying order, per person, and per shipping address during the Promotion Period.

vii. If a qualifying product or any add-on product is returned or refunded, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke the corresponding add-on discount or adjust the refund amount accordingly.

viii. All add-on offers are subject to product availability while supplies last.

5. New Subscriber Offer

A. Participation

i. Participants may subscribe by entering their email address in the New Subscriber Offer section on the Hurricane Season promotion page. Upon successful subscription, eligible participants will receive the New Subscriber Coupon Pack via the registered email address.

ii. Only one (1) New Subscriber Coupon Pack may be issued per participant and per email address during the Promotion Period.

iii. Participants must ensure that the email address provided is accurate and valid. EcoFlow is not responsible for promotional emails that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or invalid email addresses.

B. Coupon Details

The New Subscriber Coupon Pack includes the following offers:

i. $50 OFF eligible EcoFlow GLACIER 45L Bundle purchases (Extra Battery + Wagon).

ii. $100 OFF eligible EcoFlow GLACIER 55L Bundle purchases (Extra Battery + Wagon).

iii. 8% OFF eligible Portable Solar Panels.

vi. $50 OFF orders with a subtotal of $1,000 or more.

v. Coupons are valid only for eligible products and orders. Coupons cannot be applied to Flash Sale items, App-only products, Member-only products, Recommended Accessories, Free Gift items, 100% Off items, Gift Cards, Refurbished products, Test products, or Special products.

vi. Coupon validity periods, eligible products, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and all other applicable terms are subject to the coupon details provided in the promotional email.

vii. Coupons are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or credit, may not be resold, and may only be used by the recipient to whom they are issued.

vii. EcoFlow reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and to withhold or cancel any coupon obtained through fraud, abuse, multiple registrations, or any unauthorized means.

6. Limited-Time Flash Sale

A. Flash Sale offers are valid only during the applicable Flash Sale periods announced on the Hurricane Season promotion page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/outdoor-sale). Flash Sale periods, eligible products, and promotional pricing may vary from week to week during the Promotion Period.

B. Flash Sale items are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Flash Sale pricing ends when the promotional period expires or when the item sells out, whichever comes first. Products purchased before or after the applicable Flash Sale period are not eligible for price matching.

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items in total across all Flash Sale products during the Flash Sale period. If there is any information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number, etc.) of two or more orders matches in any aspect, the orders involved will be deemed as placed by the same individual and the accounts placing the orders will be considered as controlled by the same individual. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

7. Refer Your Friends

A. When your referred friend (a ‘Referee,’ who must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299 (excluding shipping and handling fees) before taxes. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cashback rewards for the referral purchase will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered。

B. Referees will receive a 5% off coupon that can be used on selected EcoFlow products. The coupon is not valid on Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, App-only selections, the DELTA 2 Max series, DELTA 3 Max series, the DELTA 3 Max Plus series, or the DELTA Pro series. Only one coupon may be used per order. The referral coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon or EcoCredits redemption unless expressly stated otherwise.

C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than five withdrawals are permitted in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law.

D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a qualified referee are not counted as additional qualified referrals.

E. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored. If the referrer and referee share the same IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or by intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

8. Coupon Terms

A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, and App-only selection.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, EcoCredits redemption, or other available offers, but these offers cannot be combined.

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained, except as required by applicable law. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct, or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

K. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct, or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, as permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors, except as required by applicable law.

M. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any issues (including but not limited to eligibility determination, rule interpretation) arising from or in connection with the promotion.

N. In the event of a price match request, EcoFlow's official pricing history and promotional records shall prevail in determining eligibility for price matching. Screenshots, browser displays, or any customer-provided materials are for reference only and shall not be considered conclusive evidence.

O. All matters relating to this promotion and these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. You agree that any claim relating to this promotion will be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

P. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
