PowerPulse can connect with the grid separately, but users need to purchase their own NEMA 14-50 plug cable (EcoFlow PowerPulse Input Cable (NEMA 14-50P) is available on official website).
The standard charge cable can be connected with SAE J1772 port, if used with Tesla, you need to purchase an additional adapter (EcoFlow PowerPulse J1772 to NACS Adapter is available on official website.
9.6kW is the maximum output power supported by this product, but the Power Input/Output port of Smart Home Panel 2 and Delta Pro Ultra is up to 30A (240V × 30A = 7.2kW), so the maximum output power may be limited when used with other products.

The PowerPulse can be operated normally when directly connected to the DPU. However, if connecting the DPU and the EcoFlow 50 Amp Hub via the EcoFlow PowerPulse Input Cable (NEMA 14-50P), a Grounded Plug must be connected to the DPU AC Outlet.
The SHP2 must be fitted with a grounding wire that has a direct or indirect genuine earth connection.When in use, ensure the Smart Home Panel 2 is powered on (via the grid or a portable power station). Press and hold the button for the AC channel to which the PowerPulse is connected on the SHP2 for at least 3 seconds to power on the PowerPulse and activate its display.

Power on the PowerPulse, connect PowerPulse and the associated DPU/SHP2 to the app and complete network configuration. Then update all these devices to the latest version.
1. After connecting the DPU and SHP2 to APP, update the firmware to the latest version on the [Settings - Firmware] page;
2. Connect PowerPulse to DPU or SHP2, then upgrade the firmware after activating PowerPulse.
