Campaign Period

EcoFlow RAPID Power Bank officially launches on August 25, 2025. The EcoFlow RAPID Power Bank Series Launch Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "campaign period") runs from August 25, 2025, 12:00 AM (PDT) to September 7, 2025, 11:59 PM (PDT).

Eligibility of Participants
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. (Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.) who are 18 years or older as of August 25, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").

Launch Benefits

Benefit 1: Double EcoCredits + Free Gift in Purchase

During the promotional campaign period, EcoFlow members who log into their accounts and purchase any product from the EcoFlow RAPID Power Bank Series will receive the following benefits:

A. Double EcoCredits: Members will earn 2× EcoCredits based on the order amount for any eligible RAPID Power Bank Series product purchased.

B. Free Gift with Purchase – Tiered Incentives

• For orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $59.99 or more:

Receive one (1) free EcoFlow RAPID 20W GaN Charger with 60W Cable(MSRP: USD $17.00).

The charger will be shipped with the qualifying order.

Limit one charger per order.

• For orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $139.99 or more:

Receive one (1) free EcoFlow RAPID 65W GaN Charger with 100W Cable(MSRP: USD $58.99).

The charger will be shipped with the qualifying order.

Note: Each qualifying order is eligible for one (1) free charger only, based on the applicable tier. This offer is valid only during the campaign period and while supplies last.
C. You must log into your EcoCredits account before completing your purchase and ensure the account email matches your order email; this offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for a free account here.
D. For canceled/returned orders: all double EcoCredits will be fully reversed, and for orders over $59.99, the undamaged charger must be returned with the product; partial refunds (including price adjustments) will proportionally deduct EcoCredits, with failure to return the charger resulting in its value being deducted from the refund amount.

E. Complimentary gifts shall generally be dispatched together with the original order, and the delivery address for such gifts shall be identical to that of the original order, unless otherwise specified.

Benefit 2: Get More for Less

Discount increases with higher quantities of RAPID Power Bank Series products purchased.

(a) 5-10 units purchased: 7% discount for all units; 11-20 units purchased: 9% discount for all units；20+ units purchased: 10% discount for all units. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

(b) Only valid for the same product in the same order on our official EcoFlow website (us.ecoflow.com). Cannot be combined with other promotions.

(c)This discount can't be stacked with other coupons.

(d) If you request a partial return, the applicable discount will be recalculated based on the remaining quantity. And the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Benefit 3: Refer for 5% Cash Back

A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.

B. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.

C. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

D. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. EcoFlow may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

E.If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the EcoFlow Returen and Refund policy.

F. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

G. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.H.For other questions regarding the referral program, please refer to:https://www.ecoflow.com/us/referral

Coupon Terms

A. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on https://us.ecoflow.com.

D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

E. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

General

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, the Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policyfor more details.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

M. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
