To ensure fast and stable charging and discharging performance when using the power bank, we recommend the following.
1. Choose the Right Charger:
Use a charger that supports fast charging protocols and has a high output power (such as PD 65W or 100W). Avoid using low-power chargers (such as 5V/1A).
2. Use a Good Charging Cable:
Select original or high-quality fast charging cables. Keep connectors clean and secure, and avoid excessively long cables.
3. Device Compatibility:
Make sure the connected devices support fast charging protocols; otherwise, fast charging will not be achieved.
The power bank retains over 80% of its battery capacity after 300 charge cycles. It supports charging and discharging at altitudes below 3000 meters and in environments with temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. If not used for an extended period, it is recommended to store the power bank in an environment between -20°C and 40°C and to recharge it at least once every three months.
Yes, according to regulations by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and most airlines, carrying a power bank with a capacity under 100Wh is allowed. The RAPID Pro, with a capacity of 25000mAh (90Wh), meets this requirement and can be carried on board without concern.
Nominal capacity refers to the total capacity of the battery cells inside the power bank, while rated capacity refers to the actual amount of power the power bank can deliver under standard output conditions (such as 5V/3A). Nominal capacity is a theoretical value, whereas rated capacity accounts for energy conversion efficiency, circuit losses, and other factors, and is therefore lower than the nominal capacity.

EcoFlow RAPID Power Bank officially launches on August 25, 2025. The EcoFlow RAPID Power Bank Series Launch Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "campaign period") runs from August 25, 2025, 12:00 AM (PDT) to September 7, 2025, 11:59 PM (PDT).
Eligibility of Participants
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. (Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.) who are 18 years or older as of August 25, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").

E. Complimentary gifts shall generally be dispatched together with the original order, and the delivery address for such gifts shall be identical to that of the original order, unless otherwise specified.

Benefit 3: Refer for 5% Cash Back
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.
B. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.
C. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
D. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. EcoFlow may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

F. Coupon Terms
A. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.
B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on https://us.ecoflow.com.
D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
