B. Orders placed on our official website will benefit from a 30-day price match guarantee service. If customers find a lower price on our official website within 30 days of placing their order, they can apply for a refund of the price difference.

D. Return Policy
A. Each product is subject to its respective official store's return policy. For more information, please refer to the following links: EcoFlow Return Policy, Velotric Return Policy.
B. Contact EcoFlow Support at support@EcoFlow.com to start the return process. Please provide them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.
C. After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded.
D. Please note that a restocking is subject to charge. For unused bike, a $200 restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund. For used bike, a 20% of the total order amount will be deducted from the final refund. The ebike must be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, pedals, bell, front & rear reflectors, headlight, toolkits (9 tools in total), user manual, quick start guide, etc.).
E. Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.F. The refund will be calculated based on the individual item values (DELTA 2: $499, DELTA 3 PLUS: $649，Nomad 2X $2399, Fold 1 Plus $1499) minus applicable processing fees, shipping charges, and other deductions.
