EcoFlow Spring Sale runs from March 6, 2024, 12:00 AM (PST), to March 18 2024, 11:59 PM (PST).

Eligibility of Participants

This sale is open to all citizens of the United States who are at least 18 years old before March 6, 2024.

Benefit Terms

1. Discount with Purchase

During the promotional period (March 6 to March 18, 2024), customers who place an order with a subtotal value of over $2,000 will automatically receive a 10% discount.

a. The order value referred to here is the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value also includes tax. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart is correct. The final subtotal price may not meet the gift threshold if a discount code is used.

After the solar panel discount is applied, if the subtotal amount of the order does not reach $2,000, the 10% order discount cannot be enjoyed.

*b. All DELTA Pro Ultra and related accessories are excluded from this promotion.

c. Customers can choose between purchase-related discounts, other available discounts, or any other benefits they prefer to use. However, when another benefit is entered on the checkout page, the purchase-related discounts will be deactivated or no longer apply.

d. During the Spring Sale event, customers can enjoy an additional 7% discount on solar panels when purchasing two or more items. This discount cannot be combined with discount codes, but it can be used together with the 10% discount offer for orders over $2,000.

e. The discounts offered during the sale are only available on the official EcoFlow website (us.ecoflow.com) and the official Amazon platform store.

2.Free Gift

During the sale from March 6–17, customers who place orders with the selected product in the Outdoor Oasis section will receive the corresponding free gift. Selected products include DELTA 2 Max+220W Solar Panel, WAVE 2 + Add-on Battery, DELTA Pro+Smart Battery, GLACIER + Plug-in Battery. Customers who purchase any of these products will receive a free Camping Chair. In the Hot Bundles section, customers who purchase any of the following products can receive a free camping light: RIVER 2 Pro, DELTA 2, or DELTA 2 + 220W Solar Panel.

a. Please note that Flash Sale items and Gift Cards are not included in the calculation of the subtotal value for claiming a free gift with purchase.

b. When placing an order on the official website and meeting the conditions, the gift will be automatically added to the generated order.

c. The free gifts offered during the sale are only available on the official EcoFlow website and the official Amazon platform store.

e. For free gifts obtained on Amazon during the promotion, please refer to the detailed rules of the above-mentioned Amazon official store.

f. The free gifts offered during the sale are non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-discountable, and non-upgradeable.

g. The use of discount codes will not be applicable to orders that include free gifts, and the gifts will no longer be offered.

h. When applying for a refund, orders placed during the promotion will be refunded based on the actual amount paid. The gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the refund can not be processed.

3.Flash Sale

EcoFlow will launch Flash Sale products on the promotion page on March 11, 2024, March 14, 2024 and March 18, 2024

a. Flash Sale products are only available for 9 hours.

b. Each person is limited to purchasing 2 × Flash Sale products.

c. No coupon codes apply to flash sale products.

d. Flash sale products do not enjoy price matching.

General

2. Free shipping is unavailable for outlying areas, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

4. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this sale.

5. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

6. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

7. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants.

8. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

10. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

11. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

12. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this sale.

13. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this sale or the participant's entry into the sale.
